I felt the court in Mozyr was not fair. The court's decision is announced regardless of how the person was injured and how seriously. I know the case was in Mozyr, a person was not seriously injured, and another one was very seriously after a while and was awarded the same compensation. As far as I understand, the amount should differ from the extent of the injuries, but we have something else.
