I spent the whole day trying to sign up for the salon via WhatsApp messenger, but in the end I couldn't sign up... From 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., the service and attitude to the client were unpleasantly surprised... To put it mildly... This is the first time I've seen such a non-customer-oriented attitude. If the administrator cannot answer the client for hours about "free windows" for signing up for the service, then this is a reason to think about the level of professionalism of the administrator.
