I do not advise you to contact here, just to worry your nerves. We ordered practical tasks with a friend. We were told that they would be ready by 01.04, what happened next is just terrible. We write that today is already the first day. Very often we waited a long time for an answer, and they answered all our complaints easily and simply. We were told, "The author thought 1.04 was Wednesday and didn't even start doing the work. They said they would make a discount, although we needed a discount on the 1st, no apologies or anything like that. The work came out at 330 rubles, we paid the first 50% before starting work. 02.04 we got these practical ones, after we paid another 50% and made a ridiculous discount of 5 rubles.😅It's just a shame! They said if you refuse to pay, we will transfer the money that we have already sent. Well, it's okay if at least they did it right. They skipped half of the main questions and did only the ones they wanted to do. I don't advise anyone, and I will try to dissuade everyone, because this is not the case. Such money, and irresponsibility is at its height. Of course, they are not going to redo it. I wouldn't have written a review if it had been done completely and not completely. Even turning a blind eye to a one-day delay.
On 03.04, they replied to our claims that they did not know what to do with all the questions and that we were to blame for not explaining. Although when we ordered, we were told that we needed all the tasks that are in the files. Communication with customers is generally terrible. We were told that then the cost would be 480 rubles. They charge that kind of money, just for the air. They do not admit their guilt, the customer is to blame for everything. I have never seen such a razvedilov!

Managers take a VERY long time to respond, and they don't keep deadlines. The work was written entirely with the help of AI, clumsily, with errors. The originality is lower than stated. As a result, the work was completely rewritten by a friend from the university, thanks a lot to her))))
Do not contact such offices. It is better to look for teachers or acquaintances who understand your topic and are ready to help for payment.
