I was passing through Vitebsk with my son and I am very glad that we decided to definitely visit this museum. Visiting the museum brought a lot of positive emotions =) The wonderful owner told a lot of interesting things: not only about the toys themselves, but also their stories. I was immersed in pleasant nostalgia, and my son "touched" his parents' childhood. Thank you very much for the emotions presented, we will be in Vitebsk - we will certainly look again. The studio of the Soviet Toy in Vitebsk.
An unusual location that I advise everyone to visit.
This is an amazing place for big, adult and small children.
The big boys will touch and look at the iron horses with interest.
Well, big girls will gladly remember their childhood and play with toys from the past.
We were lucky, there were no visitors and we were happy to talk
with the founder of the studio, Vladimir Gordeev.
This enthusiastic person infects with his positivity and emotions and can talk for hours about the exhibits.
In his company, time flies by unnoticed and this is not surprising.
After all, thanks to the exhibits, you plunge into childhood, adolescence and youth.
We wish Vladimir and Svetlana Gordeev prosperity and an endless stream of visitors!

We were here on 12/24/2023 with the whole family. The museum is very "lamp-like" and soulful. A wonderful owner, he is also a tour guide, as well as a man in love with his business. Our visit turned out to be just perfect - we were the only visitors on this frosty, snowy, winter day and were able to see EVERYTHING. We advise visitors of Vitebsk not to waste time on Marc Chagall, but rather to get here.

Almost by chance, a couple of days ago we visited the Soviet toy studio with a friend and were very impressed! This is an incredibly interesting place that is worth visiting for anyone who wants to learn more about our past or nostalgic for childhood) The owner of the studio is a very pleasant person, he literally gave us an individual fascinating tour of all the exhibits, since at that time we found ourselves alone in the studio

There are many such museums and in each of them there are a lot of things that carry memories or nostalgia from the past, but after all, each thing has its own story and it is much more interesting than a trinket on a shelf, thanks to the guide and collectively the creator of this museum, everything is much more interesting here, he tells where it came from and what fate befell these things. A great place, exceeded all our expectations. I highly recommend it. The creator of the studio talks very fascinatingly about all the exhibits, shares stories of toys from the past. We were very pleased with this place.
They blew on the trumpet, tapped on the drum, played games on "snaps"), painted and rode a little, answered quiz questions. We had a great time!

A wonderful museum, everyone came out in a great mood. It says "we come from childhood", so the exhibits of the Museum aroused great interest, both among adults and young visitors. Vladimir Nikolaevich lovingly told about each product, it is very interesting. There are unique specimens that pleasantly surprised everyone. You can hold things in your hands, but they are still warm from the hands of Soviet children. The girl drew, played the bugle and knocked on the pioneer drum, and finally rode on a pedal ATV. The museum is a collection of toys that people bring, which means with a soul and a story! This is very cool! Some "oh, I have/ was!!!", and some "wow, this is the first time I've seen" - and these emotions are the coolest thing in the museum! The children enjoyed playing with the toys of my childhood (and my parents' childhood). I was expecting just nostalgia, but the organizers managed to surprise me repeatedly. There are a lot of exhibits that are new to me, you can hear a lot of interesting things about each of them. There are exhibits available for interactive, which we used and played with. I definitely recommend it.

This museum completely refutes the modern opinion that the children of the Soviet Union had nothing to play with...
