It probably all depends on the master. Both times there were excellent masters for facial massage, both with technical skills and communication. I was unlucky on the body: once there were cold hands and aggressive movements, also with a scrub. 2 more times, one master left the final impression of not going anymore: some kind of constant humiliation that everything is bad and wrong, disregard for my words that I do sports "oh, what are you doing there, don't make me laugh" (talking about clogged muscles) and everything is still cold and it's pretty rough, although it's clear that there are techniques and some kind of result.
The salon itself is not bad: nice heated couches, blankets, disposable underwear, normal cosmetics.

I am very pleased with the result that I have achieved thanks to the programs! After several massage sessions, I lost as much as 5 kg! I can't believe how effective this method is. Massage therapists work professionally and are very attentive to every detail. I feel much better and more confident in my body. Great location, great service. A customer-oriented policy, which is very pleasant. They always go to a meeting. The result is excellent! After 8 procedures, I forgot about the back pain. I went to a specialist Natalia, very friendly and competent. It is clear that she knows her job, she is sooo happy with the result. I recommend it to everyone))) In addition, I signed up for facial and decollete skin care. It is not possible to stop)))

I went to the 7+1 service
I liked the massage therapists, but in general, the 7+1 advertisement misrepresents the information. Yes, they immediately told me that they could not say exactly what the result would be, but I think this way they absolve themselves of responsibility for their own advertising. Let's start with the fact that I was told at the very first massage that of course I need to change my diet and lifestyle (the advertisement says no pain, diets and sports). There was almost no result after 2 massages and I began to doubt, but the masseur on 3 said: "everything will be fine, in the end you will see the result." My results are below. Think for yourself if they are worth it 🤷
The results are 7+1 :

Thighs -2cm

Excellent spa. Very nice receptionist girls. At the moment, I have only been to a few sessions with Natalia's massage therapist, a very competent specialist who clearly and in detail explains what he does, how he does it and for what purpose. I definitely recommend it!

An absolute disappointment. I do not know the name of the master, but I will remember the grater instead of the hands for a long time. Why do administrators not monitor the condition of their masters' hands? The massage itself is not worth your money. Perhaps it was me who got a bad master, but in any case I won't go any more

Excellent massage therapists , but it is impossible to relax during the procedure , the doors to the offices are made of cardboard , the reception staff are annoying with their conversations and phone calls . You lie down the whole procedure and listen to what is happening outside the door .
