The master does not pay attention to the client's words. They asked for repairs to be done on the broken nails, they said they couldn't see anything and the nail was intact. Although after the sawdust, it was clear that the nail was broken as it was moving away from the skin. The skin was injured until it bled, and not only on one finger. With all this, the cuticle was not properly cut off. They use a file that was used for another person before me. The base was covered carelessly, there are obvious bumps. Somewhere smooth, somewhere like a bump, somewhere like a small wave. The nail is not completely covered by the top.
They also responded to my review in January, saying that I had mistaken the studio and the master.
