We have always been a regular customer of this store. 1 star was set out of respect for good, but not all sellers. In April of this year, a primer for the budget version was purchased. The product turned out to be of poor quality, but it didn't turn out right away. The primer was thoroughly mixed before painting. It was primed in small portions from the tray. Pouring out the last portion, it was discovered that part of the primer was hardened. Of the declared 60-100g/m2 (800g/jar)- about 2-3m2 of the product was covered. The store refused to replace the primer. But we checked the grams of the whole and used primer - the difference was 550 grams. That is, there were 2/3 of the product in the jar that was usable, not 800 grams. The shelf life of the product is 24 months. The production date is March 2024. But besides that, the sellers said: "What did you want from a cheap primer? It was necessary to buy more expensive.". To which you can also answer in the same spirit: "Why didn't you recommend a good primer?". How is the product stored, and why does it have a solidified, unusable sediment? Why do sellers get personal? Definitely!!!!!! I will NEVER come to this store again!
