The driver calls in advance, even when he goes to load, he finds the way without problems, the first time he specified in advance where to go. Once an order was delivered in a large car. The driver called at the moment when he was already lost and could not find the way himself, besides, he initially drove in a big circle, although there is a road 3 times shorter. I tried to guide him on the right path on the phone, but when you tell a person to go to the left, and he goes to the right, it does not succeed on the first attempt. I got to my destination with grief in half. When I met the driver, I had the feeling that I had forced him to take a longer road and turn the wrong way. I also stopped for unloading a little far away. He turned around and for some reason drove five meters forward, allegedly the tree prevented him, although it did not prevent him from turning around.
