The pick–up point in Astana is a godsend! I would especially like to mention the work of the guy who works there. He is always friendly, helps with the order processing promptly and is very attentive to details. Thanks to him, the process of receiving goods is fast and hassle-free. Unlike other places, where they often do not allow you to check the goods yourself, it allows you to inspect everything. A true professional in his field! Without a doubt, this pick–up point is the best among all that I have visited.
