In response to the Stroy arena store, the fact is simple, after ordering a board on Monday or Tuesday (07/21/24 or 07/22/24), which was available on the site for 10.5 rubles, they called me and said that it was not there, but the info site was not changed even during the day after that. But at the end of the week they just changed the price to a bigger one)))) That's the whole fact. If you need screenshots, you can find them yourself. There are websites that allow you to check this. Therefore, your store misleads its customers. And no matter how you justify yourself and ask for proof, I have already said my opinion about you. Have a good job in the future....

We wanted to buy a cover of artificial grass with my husband. They don't know how much or what they have left. At first, we were sent to a warehouse to one person (we stood in the wind and waited in the rain). They asked him to call other warehouse employees, promised to call them, but then they disappeared. Then they sent it to the head of the warehouse. It turned out to be the first person at the dinner. They showed a photo of the coating and a price tag with information about the width of the lawn and mm of pile. We looked at it, they said there is one, go pay. Came. We paid for it. We returned, but this is not available. There is another one with a big pile. It doesn't suit us, and it doesn't have the name we ordered. They said go pay extra. They came, they returned the money to us and did not even apologize. We have been standing in the rain and wind for so long, and the employees do not know either the availability of goods or each other's lunch time.

Хороший магазин, цены по мне так адекватные, много всего для стройки, но долго ждать материалы на загрузку которые заказал все бегают туда сюда а отгрузок нет чем занимаются грузчики непонятно, также надо контролировать то что вам грузят могут не то что надо закинуть, так мне по ошибке вместо 10 мм. гладкого шифера закинули 3 листа 10 мм. и один 8 мм. а должно было быть 4 листа 10 мм. Естественно обмен я не делал так как лишние 200 км. ехать не хотелось.
