Good afternoon, I bought a row of light bulbs in the store, I came to change them under warranty. The consultant refused me. They say they have a one-year warranty, I said that under the Consumer Rights Act they do not have the right to reduce the warranty period. It says 2 years on the light bulb box, to which they replied that I could sue them. It is not surprising that there were more than one customer in the store. Since they won't be able to work with this attitude for a long time. Of course I will buy light bulbs, but definitely not unique anymore.
