a non-running cable was required. I specified the availability and price. The next day I went shopping. I wandered around the territory for a long time in search of workers. Finally I found a couple of sleepy workers. They explained to me that due to the fact that it was a pre-holiday day (it was the eve of March 8th), the management decided to make the day non-working. It was actually a working day, why they didn't tell me on the phone is unclear.
