We've been coming here for 5 years, more often I cut my sons' hair on a first-come, first-served basis. You usually don't have to wait long, as there are many craftsmen. They usually cut their hair well, and they devote enough time. There were times when I didn't like the haircut 100%, but usually everything is fine. The staff is polite. I also do women's haircuts, and I like Master Snezhana the most.

I did a pedicure. The specialist was 10 minutes late. The procedure lasted 30 minutes. I was in a hurry. I'm talking... Unsanitary conditions. I didn't put any napkins on the chair, or under my feet either. She treated her legs with one wet cloth from the beginning to the end of the procedure until I made a remark. The glove on her hands is torn... I don't understand why it's needed at all. After the procedure, I showed the specialist the dirt under my nails from the country land. Criticism was perceived very painfully. The answers followed in raised tones. Disgusting!!!! I don't advise anyone!!!! I'm going to treat my feet so that no infection remains!!!!

I was at this barbershop yesterday on 10.12.23. I visited Master Ekaterina - she is a pro in her field - I have not been cut so carefully and with such a responsible approach for a long time. Very pleasant.
She listened to my wishes and implemented them all.
I am very happy with the haircut. I recommend.

I visited this barbershop on 06/15/2023. the impression is terrible.The staff is polite-I don't argue with that, but the procedure was terrible.I called and signed up for a hair wash with styling.The head was washed simply with shampoo without balm and mask.The installation was carried out without applying oils or any thermal protection.I came out of there like a dandelion.And they charged me 18.50. I do not advise anyone to visit this barbershop.

I asked for it- I weakened it a little. Then, during the haircut, he turned his head so roughly, as a sailor would not allow a port prostitute. Then, conducting a dialogue with the administrator, in a fit of emotion, he began to wave scissors right in front of his face. He doesn't know many words - he helped with gestures, so to speak. This whole theater of the absurd was seasoned with a consumptive cough without covering his mouth. Carl looked right at me. I could already smell the aroma of Korean carrots with every cough. And the cherry on the cake was that in the middle of the haircut, he opened the window with a shout - "Arsenchik, brother, where did you take it?" I'm not a racist or a snob. But this is (3.14) good comrades. I have never seen more incompetent employees in my life. 3 stars just for the fact that I like the salon itself and overall the result of the haircut is satisfactory. + Very nice and friendly administrators.

I came with the simplest possible request: to cut my hair with a machine according to a predetermined contour, I warned in advance that I was growing my hair. My friend, honestly, cut my hair better. But I grow my hair, change my hairstyle and every inch is important to me, so I decided that I'd better go to the hairdresser, there are still people who need to know what they are doing and will not spoil it for sure. But how wrong I was!! They could not cope with such a simple task, they cut their hair very crookedly, spoiled the contour, which now they will have to suffer for who knows how much to regrow and align the entire hairstyle!! I don't advise anyone to come here! Maybe they will cut off the whole head of some grandfather to zero, but this is the maximum they are capable of!

I wanted to pay by card, they said there was no terminal, although for a year they told me it was broken, where the tax service was looking. I went while one adequate master was working, but after I left, I no longer set foot there and I do not advise you to visit this institution.

First, about the good things: there is a friendly receptionist at the entrance, the barbershop itself is clean and cozy, and in principle I liked how my son was cut, I did not like the attitude towards a haircut for a child. When we asked if children get haircuts, we were told that "yes". The master looked so sour, as if I had put a turd under his nose. The child was told all the time to sit quietly and not be supported or entertained in any way. My son (7 years old) left there in a very bad spirit. A professional should always remain a professional, no matter who is sitting in front of him. And if you work with people, and even more so with children, a smile is a prerequisite. We're not going there anymore.

I visited this place for the first time a couple of months ago, then I liked everything, the cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, good quality, affordable prices.. but after some time, the masters began to change often and the quality dropped, the last time the master (it was a middle-aged woman) smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, sweat and, as it seemed to me, fumes. I just asked to trim the tips, I wanted to take a picture for my passport, but after such a haircut I will have to wait another two weeks for my hair to grow back, and now I will get a haircut elsewhere. Until the situation with the masters settles down here, it won't be any use, it's better to pay a little more, but get what you want, not whatever.
