In February, we presented the East Crane Glock 17 Gen 5 from your store. Until July, it lay unused and was not checked. Yesterday was the 3rd use and his magazine collapsed when fired, and all the balls from the store went into the gun. The top of the store fell off. The balls seem to have all fallen out of the barrel, but the store can no longer be saved. I bought the gun purely for recreational shooting in nature. Realizing that the warranty has already ended, I wrote to you in VK to somehow resolve this issue. At least some minimum discount on a new store or free shipping. As a result, I was told that there is just such a spare part, but it is not and will not be available, and they can not help me in any way.
