I like the doctors at the clinic, the attitude towards the pet is caring. They will consult and offer options. We have visited them many times, and we are satisfied with the result. But the clinic is relatively small, so for example there is no X-ray. There is a pet store of the same chain nearby. It seems that they still have a "grooming room" there, or something like that, judging by the sign, but I never asked.

Taking into account the fact that we did not have an appointment, the clinic went to meet us and accepted the dog for an appointment. I would like to express my gratitude for the professionalism and special attitude to my work to the administrator and the wonderful doctor Nina Valeryevna. Nina Valeryevna quickly diagnosed, provided first aid, prescribed treatment and advised in detail what to do, gave advice on dental hygiene and sterilization. A review about the vet clinic, or rather about one of the veterinarians. They picked up a kitten and brought it for inspection. The veterinarian (I purposefully do not name the surname, so as not to discredit and give the opportunity to become more attentive to my patients) conducted an examination, collected an anamnesis. Several times we clarified that the animal was picked up, it is the smallest of the litter and obviously did not finish eating. The doctor did not even offer to take tests, do an ultrasound, take a test for panleukopenia. If we had known about the disease earlier, we probably would have had time to save the baby. Unfortunately, the long treatment did not lead to anything due to a number of side problems that all came out together.
Dear owners and those who want to become them - do not be lazy to request a referral for ultrasound, tests, etc. once again, since doctors can either score or forget.

We are regular customers, we have a discount card, for three years we have never got a discount, once the seller replies that the discount is only on Friday, we come on Friday they say that the discount has already ended was only before 15.00?!? I recently had to visit, the cat had a very serious case with teeth. We were pleasantly shocked by this level of professionalism. We were reassured at all stages, even the receptionist girl :) Very competent doctors. The cat was treated like his own. The operation was performed quickly, and all medications were prescribed. In the spring of 2022, a cat was sterilized here and a dog was neutered. I was very worried, because I had already had a negative experience of sterilizing a dog in another clinic. We planned to operate on the cat and the dog at once in one day. We passed all the tests and it turned out that some of the dog's indicators were overestimated, we were warned about all the risks and we decided so far to only sterilize the cat, since everything was normal with her tests. The operation went smoothly, after removing the blanket, nothing was even visible, everything was beautifully overgrown.
The dog was put on a diet. We treated him for 1.5 months, not to say that it gave any results, the indicators remained +/- the same, we decided that this was his reaction to stress and body characteristics. As a result, he was able to be castrated. Thanos is very noisy and does not like strangers, so we were very worried about how he would behave at the reception, but the doctors came across all understanding, so all the receptions were excellent. On the day of the operation, our reception shifted slightly, as an animal was brought there urgently. We were right after him, our doctor was already noticeably tired, but everything went well anyway, the administrators calmed me down, since there was already a pre-hysterical condition))) the operation lasted about an hour, taking into account the fact that he was still lying on oxygen afterwards. After wearing the collar, a scar formed, which became slightly inflamed after, but most likely then there was a rejection of the material, but the body coped with it on its own, the clinic was no longer contacted on this issue. One of the disadvantages is the lack of an X-ray in the clinic.

We signed up as soon as we left the state clinic at 16.30, but knowing all these records, we went right away and at 16.0 the doctor took us with something. A pleasant courteous girl doctor. The attitude towards the patient is excellent, but the trouble is the ultrasound machine is weak and he sees nothing. The doctor advises another clinic where there is a better ultrasound machine. Thank you to the doctor, they took the money only for the ultrasound, not for the consultation. Although why do we need such an ultrasound! I put the clinic 4 no one is to blame, but there is no result, and the service is paid for.
