When buying a TV, I referred to the online store. The warranty is 36 months, there is no such thing among competitors, so the choice fell on this store. As a result of clarifying the quality of service, the girl clarified that the warranty for this unit is only 12 months, to my slight dissatisfaction, they offered to purchase an additional warranty at their own expense, very "customer-oriented", I do not recommend this store

We ordered an LG TV from the strelaonline store.by 12/16/2023 , the price was 70 rubles cheaper than others. We planned to arrange it in installments from the store for 4 months, and not from banks at interest. They wanted to issue it remotely, but the store said that they only issue it on the spot. Upon arrival at the store, we were told that the installments are not issued independently, but from ALFA Bank. As a result, the bank refused. Wasted time. I do not recommend the store from the word at all. All adequate stores have been registering remotely for a long time!!!

The store itself seems to be normal, but the staff are children with children. A girl and a guy are playing hide-and-seek near TVs, the other guy doesn't know anything, don't ask. They discuss customers and laugh like horses all together, kindergarten is shorter.
The assortment is good, there are many PC components. But sellers are something. I went in, and they were playing computer games FOR SALE, but most importantly, they were swearing like shoemakers. Only the consultant talked normally.

I Bought A BVK Computer. Excellent assembly, well-chosen configuration, consultants explained everything. I recommend buying computers and appliances in this store, the prices are definitely better than in the 5th Element.
The store has a terrible job with online orders, the support just ignores it. I ordered a mouse on March 7, and immediately paid for the order. I received letters in the mail that the order was placed and began to wait. Until the 10th, there was silence, I went to the store, and there they sent me to contact support. Contacted - silence. As a result, I waited until the 15th and came back to the store. They tried to send me to support again, but I insisted that the issue be resolved now. As a result, the store manager promised that they would contact me. On the morning of the 16th, we eventually got in touch by phone. I did not receive any apologies or explanations, there is simply no product (1.5 weeks gone, but we will not contact you). They just said they would refund the money and that's it.
In total, 1.5 weeks were spent, the mouse went up in price, two trips to the store across the city so as not to get any answers.
I found a store on the Online store, now they are even disconnected there. I do not recommend contacting them if you do not want to waste time when the product may become more expensive at any time.
