The girls at the reception are very patient and polite. Many complain about the maids. But our maid, who cleans the 13th-14th floor in the main building, cleaned the room every day, changed the bed linen and towel upon request. ( Julia, you are a very wonderful person , thank you very much for the cleanliness and attention ) there is a buffet in the dining room, the food is quite normal and you can eat up to your belly. From the old one there is a wardrobe, a table, a bedside table, a balcony opening with a door, where the handles are from Soviet times. There are not enough hangers in the hallway, hooks in the bathroom, sockets by the bed (there are 2 sockets in the room - on the TV on the wall and in the bathroom). I didn't figure out how to switch the water to the watering can in the shower, the water runs from the tap or where the rain shower is. The room also has a kettle with cups (without tea bags and sugar), a mini fridge, a clothes dryer, a hairdryer in the bathroom, bags of shampoo, shower gel, soap. There is no safe. Slippers / bathrobes, of course, for such a room rate, are also not available. There are towels. The biggest plus of the room is a balcony with a magnificent view of the city. The weather was good and I wanted to spend all my time there. Balconies are not available everywhere, but in most rooms. The standards are located not only in the first multi-storey building, but also in the rest, including 3-storey buildings without an elevator. It is not known in advance where the room will be located.
Now about the territory of the complex. It is huge and between the buildings (there are 7 in total, but not all of them work in winter) you can walk for 10 minutes. It is interesting that on the Internet you can find this complex called Sunny Beach or the Land of the Soul. And it's all the same. For example, where building 1 is located, there is a main entrance with a signboard Country of the soul. But on some buildings there are signs with Sunny Beach. The location of the 1st building is good, you immediately go out onto the road, cross the bridge and get to the center with a theater with fountains in about 5 minutes. But wet trays, sometimes poorly washed dishes, lack of forks, pretty spoiled the mood. Chicken, chicken, chicken... They say there was beef once, but we didn't see it for 2 shifts. The fruits were apples and oranges (if you're lucky, you might get one). But they were sliced like a salad. In short, there is no organization in the dining room!!! Wine, beer, chacha - have a drink, but obviously I haven't seen anyone drunk. After lunch, they gave chicken wings, French fries, and fruit ice. The wings could be eaten, which is not the case with potatoes. They don't roast it, but they bring it fried in cellophane bags. No one knows where and when they were fried. That's what makes it taste! And constant indifference on the part of the staff. They don't value their reputation at all. This is the first time I have come across such rudeness-in all the hotels where I used to rest at least once every three days, the sheets were silently changed, here I was insulted and shamed. The hotel has a large green area. The repair in the buildings is fresh. But the hotel and the service need to be improved. We stayed together in the comfort room. There is very little space. We also ate ice cream. To get a portion of wings and potatoes, we stood in line, but also for a maximum of 10 minutes.
