And do not order a transfer from the hotel, utter disrespect for people, they drive worse than cattle, I do not know how other buses, but with the number 801 it is of course trash, all passengers were just shocked, despite the fact that they will not tell you that there is no luggage compartment, all suitcases and bags will tell you in an ordered tone that you would have stored them in the back seat one-on-one, and it doesn't matter what happens to them later, since we are bringing fruits from there.
In short, we drove and prayed that we would only get there alive 🤦♀️
I wrote to the transfer company, they didn't even bother to apologize.

Aqua aerobics is provided for adults. The entire territory of the hotel is clean and guarded. The girls at the reception are responsive and attentive. The room has new plumbing, everything is cozy, air conditioning , refrigerator, hair dryer, etc. The room was cleaned upon request. Three meals a day, a bar with alcohol and juices. Additionally, there is a grill area where you can eat French fries and grilled wings (or kebab), ice cream. The buffet was served in the dining room. There is a lot of food. There are enough meat dishes, side dishes, salads, soups to choose from for lunch, porridges to choose from for breakfast, casseroles, omelets, pancakes (sour cream, condensed milk, jam). Fruits are sorted out with a bang. There are, of course, people who are not satisfied with the cuisine (and where are they not?) There was a case that there were not enough spoons, but they were taken out quickly. In my opinion, no one will stay hungry here. I liked everything. The locals are hospitable, friendly, and humorous. A disco is held in the evenings. And what kinds! Local flavor, nature, sea, mountains, sun - all this is worth a flight from Moscow to Adler, crossing the border, transfer, etc. If Abkhazia, then only here!

The territory is well maintained, there are many beautiful trees, but landscaping continues in places, so in some places it is a mess. The rooms are clean and bright with all amenities (refrigerator, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, iron on the floor) it is clear that there was a renovation not so long ago. There is a beach on the territory of the hotel, sun beds are free, but they may not always be enough, the sea is dirty, so we went to the embankment or Mocha beach where the water is much cleaner, but the sun beds are paid, but we lay on our blankets. There is an embankment next to the hotel, we often walked there. It takes 45 minutes to walk to the city market, you can get there by public transport prices from 15 to 30 rubles. The food is certainly not super, but you will not stay hungry, the choice is quite large, and meat and fish and chicken were all, vegetables, fruits (I had only oranges and apples) salads, soups for lunch. Of the disadvantages of nutrition, the drinks are terrible, tea and coffee are the cheapest, some strange fermented compote, there was no tea and coffee for lunch at all. There are no desserts at all. There were only sweet rolls. There are a lot of people in the dining room, sometimes there may not be enough appliances, but the staff works well, they try. After lunch, the grill bar is open, where they serve French fries, chicken wing, and fruit ice for children. There is an animation program, animators for children. Drinks include beer, wine, and chacha. Wi-Fi is available in all buildings of the hotel. Overall, the hotel is not bad, I recommend it.

The rest were cons
There are no blankets in the rooms, it's not so hot in October anymore, it was freezing at night.
The plumbing is new, as well as the renovation in the rooms, but everything is flowing, taps, battery in the bathroom, water is rusty from the tap, it's scary to wash.
There is a table in the room, but not a single chair.
There is no kettle either.
The staff couldn't cope in the dining room, there were constantly no plates, spoons, sometimes it took up to 30 minutes. The food is ordinary, as in all canteens, but because of the lack of appliances, people grabbed everything with their hands (cheese, sausage, pancakes, etc
., There was practically no boiling water either. One 1.5 liter kettle for the entire dining room (400 seats), and the one with a broken button that had to be held down to make it work. Accordingly, there is a queue for water to drink tea or coffee.

Cleaning. We lived for 4 days, there was no cleaning, the towel was not changed, and the linen, respectively.
Local alcohol, one kind of beer is the cheapest, wine, I doubt it's natural, most likely powder.
I can't recommend a vacation with such a service!

We spent a week in this wonderful boarding house, just going home
It's great for Abkhazia, we liked everything, the place, the renovation and the cleanliness of the territory. The hair dryer, TV, refrigerator all worked. The receptionists are very friendly and responsive, But the bartender and the employee of the grill bar, they would like to learn how to be polite!!! There was plenty of food in the dining room, the staff were great, they instantly brought what was missing. The only drawback was that there were not enough spoons at the beginning, but this was fixed. But the shock was from our hungry, angry people. Who were always shaking and picking up fruits, cheese, sausage with dirty hands and artificially creating queues!!!It's been a long time since I've seen such ugly behavior from vacationers. On the beach, the sun beds are free, the animation is also tried. So we liked everything, especially for such a meager price. We will come and recommend it to our friends. The quality of the food is a special consideration. Cattle are not fed like that. The food is disgusting, everything is cold, not tasty, like the cheapest table food for serfs. On the territory of a pack of large dogs, they do not let you sleep, they do not open windows at night, they climb up to people. There were three of us vacationers, we escaped from there on the third day. We came to rest, not to worry ourselves. This hotel is for people with very strong financial constraints when people are desperate.

But a pack of running dogs, barking loudly in the morning - this is a minus, and stroking so that your children are not bitten, unfortunately there were precedents.
A separate story about an Abkhazian who walks around all day without a badge and introduces himself as the "head of security", so he looks like one of the barking dogs. In the case of a conflict situation, one aggression. The girls at the reception are super, prompt, friendly, but this flailing cerberus spoils the attitude towards the staff.
My son and I live in the 1st building, so we changed our underwear more than once in a week, went to the reception and to the senior maid, only found out that our maid was ill. Grandma and daughter live in the 2nd, they have already been changed 3 times and the cleanliness is excellent.
In fact, it's all the little things, a vacation at the sea and great nature overshadows everything. It is clear that a lot of work has been done to create a relaxing atmosphere, but there is still a lot to learn, so I would like to wish the staff not to stop there, improve and have self-control, especially in high season!!!

We rested with my husband from 24.09 to 03.10.24 Building 1, 9th floor. The view from the balcony is amazing. The room IS WONDERFUL 👍 The bed is A FAIRY TALE👍DAILY cleaning service. Towels were changed after 3 days, and the bed was changed on the 6th day. The elevator (2 pcs) always worked properly. The work of the staff at 5+ throughout the territory is clean.
I will say this about the dining room: they cooked a lot (even too much), in a variety of ways. Meat, fish, cutlets, dumplings, porridge, goulash,... An omelet 10-20 cm high is a delight. Casserole is a fairy tale. Who was unhappy? The guys brought and replenished these "vats" constantly.
And here ARE OUR PEOPLE🤦♀️ 2-3 forks (spoons, plates) per person, so we waited for 2-5 minutes for clean appliances.Fruit.. Where did you pack them? It seemed that all the inhabitants of the district eat here.

All the time, something is missing, then plates, then napkins, then food. The choice of dishes is meager, only cabbage is from vegetables, we ate it until we got a hair. Cucumbers are wadded, tomatoes have not been seen. Fruits can be taken with a fight, these are sliced oranges, apples, green apricots, sometimes a good watermelon. There was never a fish! Only peppered chicken cutlets. Stewed vegetables. I think unpretentious adults could eat in such a dining room. The children refused to eat there, and two of us were poisoned. The girl who didn't drink juice or water in the dining room is healthy. Then we found a dining room nearby, had lunch there, and had dinner in various cafes on the embankment. In general, we left the Country of the Soul with joy. Don't set foot there anymore. If you go to Abkhazia, then somewhere closer to the border, and take accommodation without food.

There are not enough hangers in the hallway, hooks in the bathroom, sockets by the bed (there are 2 sockets in the room - on the TV on the wall and in the bathroom). I didn't figure out how to switch the water to the watering can in the shower, the water runs from the tap or where the rain shower is. The room also has a kettle with cups (without tea bags and sugar), a mini fridge, a clothes dryer, a hairdryer in the bathroom, bags of shampoo, shower gel, soap. There is no safe. Slippers / bathrobes, of course, for such a room rate, are also not available. There are towels. The biggest plus of the room is a balcony with a magnificent view of the city. The weather was good and I wanted to spend all my time there. Balconies are not available everywhere, but in most rooms. The standards are located not only in the first multi-storey building, but also in the rest, including 3-storey buildings without an elevator. It is not known in advance where the room will be located.
Now about the territory of the complex. It is huge and between the buildings (there are 7 in total, but not all of them work in winter) you can walk for 10 minutes. It is interesting that on the Internet you can find this complex called Sunny Beach or the Land of the Soul. And it's all the same. For example, where building 1 is located, there is a main entrance with a signboard Country of the soul. But on some buildings there are signs with Sunny Beach. The location of the 1st building is good, you immediately go out onto the road, cross the bridge and get to the center with a theater with fountains in about 5 minutes. The complex stands on the embankment, immediately the sea. The 1st building has an outdoor swimming pool next to it, heated only in the summer season. But they were sliced like a salad. In short, there is no organization in the dining room!!! Wine, beer, chacha - have a drink, but obviously I haven't seen anyone drunk. After lunch, they gave chicken wings, French fries, and fruit ice. The wings could be eaten, which is not the case with potatoes. They don't roast it, but they bring it fried in cellophane bags. No one knows where and when they were fried. That's what makes it taste! And constant indifference on the part of the staff. They don't value their reputation at all. I was vacationing alone with a child in July 2024. I can't say that I will never return to this hotel. The food tastes normal, delicious, I cook no better, I didn't get better from the positive, because there were no desserts. It seemed to me that the food was fresh, and that's the main thing. It was not tasty for the child, I think it's more from monotony-the same cutlets for breakfast, lunch and dinner get boring. The downside is that there is no fruit in the hotel. Sometimes there were apples, a couple of times in two weeks we managed to eat some oranges.
Annoying little things like the lack of soap everywhere. When the room ran out of soap, they never brought me a new one, even though I asked for it. The curtains let in the light, after 5 a.m. I couldn't sleep anymore.
The cleaning lady spoiled my mood the most. Not only was the room almost not cleaned at all for 2 weeks, but also 2 times the cleaner ran over me, why am I dirty, what kind of woman am I. The child got sick with rotavirus and stained one sheet, which I tried to wash myself, she saw that it was drying, yelled at me and forced me to go to the reception to pay a fine of 1,500 rubles so that she would wash this sheet. Claims that I had a wet bathroom floor when we didn't have a stall and a foot towel. This is the first time I have come across such rudeness-in all the hotels where I used to rest at least once every three days, the sheets were silently changed, here I was insulted and shamed. This is despite the fact that the accommodation cost not a penny.
Transfer to the hotel "smiled"-we were traveling on a minibus with torn seats that were just lying in the back, but it was at 12 at night, I almost didn't care, but I was scared for the child. In general, I am very unpretentious, I am almost satisfied with everything, most of all I was upset by the cleaning of the room, or rather the attitude of the maid. I just didn't want to go up to the floor and see her on the phone. If I decide to come back to Abkhazia, I will look at other hotels, I will consider this one more as a backup option, or even we will rent, I think I will feel safer.

This is the first time I am writing a review. We arrived on September 26, settled in immediately; lunch was just over, but we were fed. The food is simple, slightly warm, the choice is small, as in the dining room. The rooms are clean, only 2 TV channels work, the room in the 6th building of the 4th floor is clean, there is a balcony with a sea view. Of the cons, there was no water for a day, this is not Turkey, but it's cool here! The embankment, if you go to the right, is indescribably beautiful! A country of contrasts, like in a movie- modern and beautiful- ruin and ruins. We really liked it. It is a pity that only negative emotions in people- for 28 thousand it is an ideal vacation.

We had a rest from July 17 to 24 at the hotel. I was worried after reading bad reviews. But in the end, we really liked it. The pool was clean, we spent at least half a day there. Every morning the child went to the children's entertainment in the pool and played with pleasure with the animators! We went to children's discos just as joyfully and according to the schedule😁 The animators are great! We lived in the fifth building. The room had everything that was stated. Cleaning was on demand. We went to the sea near the 7th building - the sea is much cleaner there. The dining room is a mess, but it was created artificially by the vacationers themselves, as if everything was from a hungry land...We always had enough food, there was a choice. Sometimes I had to wait for the instruments, but not more than 5 minutes for sure. The fruits were apples, oranges and watermelons every day for lunch and dinner. Very tasty grilled wings. We also ate ice cream. To get a portion of wings and potatoes, we stood in line, but also for a maximum of 10 minutes. There are just a lot of people, because the hotel is large, there are a lot of buildings. We were kind of calm about everything. The staff at the hotel is trying very hard, there is a lot of work there. They clean up in the morning every day. We arrived in a thunderstorm at night. A girl escorted us from the reception to the building, covered my child with her hoodie so as not to get wet - special thanks to her! In general, we liked everything. The location is very convenient, every day we went for a walk to the embankment of the Mahajirs - it's very beautiful!Thanks to the staff)))
