We visited the Country of Soul Hotel at the beginning of October last year. I liked the area , lots of trees and shrubs. The views are amazing and the sunsets and sunrises (lived on the 12th floor). The staff was helpful, the cleaning was clean, and towels were changed at our request. They also gave me a kettle . It so happened that the lights were turned off, but they immediately gave (their own generator) Of course, I want the plumbing to be changed and the showers need to be repaired. We walked a lot, just to relax in the room. About the dining room , of course , trash , as they say . It was as if our people hadn't eaten for a thousand years, they were grabbing fruits and slicing, and there weren't enough spoons, or rather they were practically absent. As it was, there was a lot of food and a variety, we were not hungry. We didn't really focus on this, we came to relax and admired nature, went on excursions. And we went swimming in the sea . Of course, we won 't be coming to this hotel anymore .Maybe only when the dining room is cleaned up.

We have been vacationing at the Eucalyptus Hotel of the Soul Country complex in Sukhumi since April 26. Our impressions are positive: a new building, a beautiful room, we took the standard, everything is new, the room has clean bed linen, towels, soap, toilet paper, hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi, a balcony with sea views, the view from the 13th floor is amazing, there are two elevators. On nutrition: buffet, the assortment is sufficient to get enough, everything is fresh, varied (there are pastries, salads, side dishes, meat, fish, liquid dishes - all in several versions, fruit oranges, apples - according to the season). The dining room is spacious, the tables are located both inside and outside. Everything is clean and comfortable. In general, we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who participates in the recreation at the Soul Country complex: the girls at the reception for their attention and quick, precise work, the staff who clean the rooms and the territory - everything is clean, the kitchen staff - delicious, varied, the guys who keep order in the dining room patiently, despite so many people are very tactful and polite . In our opinion, everything is optimal for a good holiday here! Prosperity to your complex! You're all doing great.

We stayed at the hotel in May 2025 in the Cypress building, we really liked everything. The rooms are newly renovated and furnished, good plumbing, central hot water, air conditioners with heating, TVs. New elevators, table tennis on the ground floor, heated pool (25 degrees). The canteen team is working very well! The food was delicious and varied, and I didn't get bored in 10 days. Director Kristina did a great job. All the disadvantages that I can remember from this trip is that the water in the shower went badly in our room specifically, and that there were not enough glasses in the dining room. But this is nonsense, and we will definitely come here again if we have the opportunity. I wish the hotel team a successful season, well done!
