I was on vacation abroad this summer. From the first day I got to the hospital, I had a kidney stone. I went to the doctors with acute pain, had an examination and was injected with painkillers. And the next day they were admitted to the hospital with an acute attack. As expected, I informed the insurance company within 24 hours. I received an answer — You are being treated for your money, and upon returning home you will provide all the documents and we will pay for everything. I called home — my family urgently transferred money to my card. I returned home. I provided all the documents and receipts to Ukrfinstrakh. It turned out that they would consider them for 15 working days, and after another 15 working days they would pay. After 15 days, I was told that the payment would be only partial. Since I allegedly did not coordinate with them what kind of treatment I should have been prescribed at the hospital! I think that Ukrfinstrakh behave like SCAMMERS!!! I don't advise anyone to deal with them. Their actions are illegal and I will write a complaint against them to the State Financial Services and file a lawsuit against Ukrfinstrakh. Don't deal with them!!! Vladimir. Odessa
