This is the first and last time I order things there. There are no claims to quality, but there are a lot of claims to service. They can't give me a refund for the returned goods in any way, they feed me with promises for a week and, most unpleasant of all, they rudely communicate with customers on the phone. The courier took everything on 10.04. already on 14.04, an answer came to the mail that everything was approved and from that moment on, within 14 days, the money should be credited to the bank account, I am still waiting) I do not advise ordering online, save your money and nerves!
The items themselves are of good quality, but the service is terrible. It is not possible to issue a refund on the site 2 times already. She writes some kind of mistake, complained to be corrected. It's useless. I order 3 times and I can't make a refund for the second time, it's been 2 weeks. There is no response on the server, they are dragging their feet. It's a mess. The very process of making a refund is dreary, I've already done what I ordered from them.
