At the hotel since February 26. We're here for a birthday party. The territory of the hotel is large and well maintained. The ocean is wonderful, the water is warm and white sand. We are having a rest with my husband. We took half board. The main restaurant is not impressive at all. I'm squeamish by nature. It's open… We have breakfast with pigeons. They fly, they land on all the plates, it's very unpleasant. The food is monotonous. To make an omelet, you need to order and wait.... to wait… I eat pancakes every day, everything else is not edible in the morning. So is coffee, everything is very slow. We went on a sightseeing tour very well. With a Russian-speaking guide from Elena and Sergey. We left a towel on the sun beds on the beach today and went out for lunch. When we returned, the towels were lying on the sand, the sun beds were stolen????!!!! The nature is very beautiful… I don't recommend a hotel.
The hotel is great! I really liked it. The food that is included is delicious and varied. Sparkling wine is served for breakfast. You can order something from the menu, except for the buffet. This also does not require payment. There are several restaurants on site. There are 2 small supermarkets and an exchange point very close to the hotel. The excursions are interesting. You can rent a car directly at the hotel. The beach is wonderful. But keep in mind that all beaches are public. You should not take particularly expensive things to the beach with you. The sea is magical and warm. There is a fairly large outdoor pool. You can get towels and swimming equipment by the pool. Fins, a mask with a snorkel. Corals begin 200-300 meters from the beach, where there are a lot of very beautiful fish. Diverse. There may be stingrays and turtles. It is better to swim with a mask in special swimming clothes. But, a T-shirt will do too. Otherwise, you can get badly burned.
Good afternoon. My husband and I are currently vacationing at this hotel. I can't help but write about how guests are not welcome here at all, they walk around with such stony and unfriendly faces. And it's honestly not clear if they treat all tourists that way or just Russians. I'll start from the beginning...We arrived at the hotel tired and wanted to check in as soon as possible, as a result, the guests who arrived later than us settled in earlier. Check-in time is 15.00, we waited for two hours and even by that time we had not been checked in...we waited another 15 minutes for the cleaning to be completed, and by the way, things were not brought to the room, although they were immediately picked up at the entrance and promised to bring them by the time we checked in, another clarification is that the hotel positions itself as a 5-star, we paid more than a million for an all-inclusive vacation. And so there is no limit to our surprise, when in the evening there was no toothpaste or toothbrush from the bath facilities, we had to go to the reception and ask, they did not immediately take a break for 40 minutes.
I'll keep telling you....the next day, we went to breakfast, there is no choice at all, and it's in a five-star hotel ((( well, at least they changed the breakfasts, the same thing every day, the pictures below, there are no cheeses at all, I have fruits like that in St. Petersburg, apples, oranges and grapes, it's funny to come here and not try the exoticlike they don't have anything like that, nothing grows, but apples are probably grown...
For lunch we went to the Ripples beach restaurant for a snack, ordered tuna salad and tuna steak and seasonal fruits. As a result, they brought us two tuna salads and nothing else. And no one even came up, they just forgot about us.
Our troubles did not end there, in the evening we decided to book a table at the Edem restaurant
using the a la card system , we thought we would enjoy the service, but it was all in vain, two waiters came up to us to take the order, maybe we thought we would order the whole menu, we wrote everything down, and we ordered only three dishes, salad with octopus, lamb and some other dessert. WE WAITED 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES, but in the end they brought us the wrong thing!!! They apologized, asked for another 10 minutes, and again they brought the wrong thing to my husband!!!! At this point, my nerves gave out and we went to a buffet restaurant to eat something in the evening (((
The staff is generally sluggish, lazy and slow, we need to repeat at least twice what we need ((
It's also probably customary to bait pigeons here, so for breakfast it happens like in the photo below, it's very unpleasant....
So dear tourists, if you're considering this hotel for a vacation, I recommend you think carefully about whether it's worth paying that kind of money for such a service!
