I have been coming here regularly for a year now, one of my favorite coffee shops in Minsk, but today all the accumulated positive attitude has been spoiled by the behavior of the barista girl
We took a pot of tea for two, at about 21:20 we decided to take the second one, it was said that for some time now, an hour (!!) before closing, everything is poured in with itself. They brought tea in a glass of 300ml maximum. In response to the question that the volume of tea indicated in the menu was 350, the barista said that she did not control the amount of water (and I'm sorry who is doing this), and offered to pour it into two cups according to the scales so sarcastically, as if I had asked for something inadequate and I should be ashamed
And if the desire to leave work early can still be understood, then clampdown on WATER for customers - well, sorry))))))) Disappointed, the reason is the staff.

This is a very nice cafe, with a pleasant atmosphere inside. Everything is as it should be, interesting view, convenient location 5 minutes from the metro, kind staff. There are no complaints about the dishes. The only thing that has a disadvantage is the small number of places to attend..
Unfortunately, it is not always possible to come spontaneously, and there will be a corner for comfortable work on a laptop or a conversation with a friend.
I put four stars solely because of the uncertainty that everything is perfect there.

Every visit is a failure, I have never been able to drink delicious coffee, I took a cappuccino / flat / Americano / filter last time.

A separate outrage is the dress code of the employees, why when the barista serves a cup of coffee, he bends over to the table, and his intimate parts of the body are visible that are not covered with a T-shirt / T-shirt / shirt.I'm not saying that according to the sanpin, an employee is required to wear an apron. Apparently, the sanitation station has not come to you for a long time! I have given your coffee shop/coffee shop a chance many times, but no longer with my foot to you.

The service is terrible, you do not know how to communicate, you have no idea about basic service, cocoa for such a price I received clearly not from natural chocolate, but powder diluted with water with the addition of a drop of milk, cornflower blue raf is just syrup with milk, English breakfast is a special art, the menu indicated that there are glazes, well and in the classic glaze, and they brought fried eggs from the glaze, only a word, sauce (just ketchup calve, funny) to come up with a sauce that will be cool combined with the rest of the ingredients is easier than simple, tomato, spices, spices, pickled cucumbers can be and there will be a class, but not just ketchup, the beans were stringed (although it is strange that not the usual red one), you should have at least salted it, otherwise you just eat grass with ketchup, leave the sausages - delicious, cheesecakes - delicious, well done here, but a portion for such a cost is not justified.
In total, in order to call yourself a special, you must not only have good grain, but also the entire menu that you offer, including cocoa, must have good service, friendly staff, which, unfortunately, you do not have yet.
P.S. for two persons, napkins should be at least 2 pcs. (thank you that there were 2 sets of appliances, since the food was not brought at the same time, one set was already pulled out in the photo, the napkins were not touched). Fortunately, we are husband and wife, divided in half :)

A cafe with a good, very good idea: to share your stories and be inspired by others, sipping coffee and tea along the way. But the staff spoils the whole atmosphere: the feeling that they are doing you a favor when they make coffee or bring it or when they clean up after others. Or another moment when it costs any guest to leave and immediately begins a flurry of garbage and toxicity about appearance, behavior or anything related to this person from the baristas. It's nice to know that after leaving the cafe, you will also be treated to a dessert in the form of gossip in the back :)

Dear owners of the coffee shop, please make sure that the advertising photo matches what you are selling!!!! What kind of "Pavlova on the contrary" is this?? From a classic cake, the most that looks like it is meringue! A plate with some kind of raspberry jam, poured on top with liquid, not whipped cream and smeared "pistachio" cream from a bottle (yes, I saw it poured from some kind of plastic container) How can it be called Pavlov's cake (even vice versa) and thus bring this magnificent dessert to the abyss????? The photo 'expectation VS reality' is attached. There is a separate story about coffee. As they say, 'there is no comrade for taste and color,' butch brew, in my opinion, is worthy not to overshadow its taste with various additions like morse, it is self-sufficient as an independent unit. Today, on March 14, at 11:40, I went to a cafe for the first time, where only two girls were sitting. At the entrance, I asked if I could have breakfast and reluctantly the girl behind the bar answered me with her shoulder up: probably yes. I undressed, left my things at the table, and since they didn't pay attention to me, I went to the bar myself. I clarified where the breakfast menu was, and they pointed to a small sign. Naturally, I was very surprised because it was difficult to have a hearty breakfast, as I wanted. I understand, apparently this is the concept of the institution-it smelled very soulfully and fragrant croissants, but I was interested in breakfast or at least some attention as a visitor. I did not give up and asked for advice on what to eat. The girl did not want to help me at all, once again she pointed with her hand unfriendly, if not displeased, at the sign. It was unpleasant for me-my first impressions turned out to be so negative. I replied in confusion that apparently I would not be able to have a hearty breakfast here. The girl didn't mind, she didn't care. Is it worth noting that when I was about to leave, no one said goodbye to me in response, I tried to do it louder, in response, lazily raising my eyes, nothing followed) This is such a morning. I came out and was surprised at myself-how the attitude of the employees does not help to attract new customers. Objectively, I would have tried these fragrant croissants and coffee, especially since there were practically no customers at that time. Fortunately, there are so many places to visit in the neighboring streets.
