Sellers are boorish and overconfident. They brazenly argue with the buyer, they do not know the rules of trade and legislation in the field of trade. Every customer who takes an item at a discount is tricked into believing that the item cannot be exchanged or returned. Complete nonsense! They are probably required to say this by the store administration! I gave three stars only because the product range is good and the prices are reasonable. But after such an attitude towards the buyer, I don't want to go there.

A very big question for the staff, we visited the store yesterday, earlier I wrote on the store's Instagram "do you have jeans with the banana model in sales?" They answered that there is. We thought okay, the clothes are cool, we need to take them. They took the amount of 300 rubles. The girl at the checkout is punching, I turn on apple Pay. To which they say that they do not accept payment by card. What kind of store is this? Which does not have a terminal, we did not come to Zhdanovichi. They asked us to go and withdraw money, and they will give us a discount for the commission from the bank. They withdrew the money, but they did not provide us with a discount. Okay, if the terminal broke down one day, but the fact that it doesn't exist at all is strange. And there is no sign, and you don't warn on Instagram.

I was there once, taking a child's rubber flip-flops to the pool. They were urgently needed, for tomorrow, as they say. The smell is certainly from them, there is nothing to remove.. even the bleach didn't wash off.. The smell is specific in the room. I'm sorry, but I can't write anything good, maybe there's nothing for my cost, therefore, such an assessment.
