The place is just great! The cuisine is delicious, like at home) The polite attitude of the guests is very captivating. The waiters keep the tables clean, which is a big plus. All the rules of the institution are clearly spelled out and understandable. The karaoke is good. I'll come here again, I advise you!
The impressions left by this institution objectively spoil the evening. When making a phone call, there was a dialogue where only our side was interested:
"Hello"
"Hello, is this StonesClub?"
"Yes!"
"Will you have a table for four"
"Yes, come"
Upon arrival, we are not greeted with a friendly "Hello, welcome", but unfriendly and frankly boorish as a security guard, and after checking the documents with a hit-and-run, they ask where we want to sit at the counter or table, we say that we clarified on the phone about the table. And then the waitress says that there is a deposit.
They don't warn about the deposit by phone, they talk on the spot, and after asking why they didn't warn about it, they claim "where did we get the number from", and that now they always have "such an action". I want to ask the action of what? Rude treatment of guests ? Lack of customer orientation? The campaign "will we hire anyone, even someone who doesn't know how to communicate with people?"
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.
They feed and deceive visitors.
In the evening, a large group came to sing songs. The waitress announced the cost for one song and the cost of unlimited, after a meeting in the company, the decision was made to take unlimited, which was then announced to the waitress. Closer to the closing of the establishment, the bill was brought to us. After studying it, the company was, to put it mildly, unhappy. Every song ordered was counted, not unlimited, but once, when the waitress was called and our complaint was made, she pretended that there was no unlimited order and refused in every possible way. After writing a negative review in the book of complaints and suggestions, and finding out who was right and wrong in such a case and talking to the guards, the company decided to pay the bill and not spoil the evening by calling the police and further proceedings.
