Located in a convenient quiet location. Very green area. It is better to take separate houses, the audibility is strong in the rooms. Nearby there is a cafe of Ukrainian and Russian cuisine, super. The beach with a beautiful spit towards Morjim is 7 minutes away.
The hotel itself is quite good, cozy houses, cozy territory, but very small, I put three stars because it takes 20 minutes to walk to the sea with a good step along the roadway, where crowds of half-witted scooters ride, the food in the hotel is disgusting (everything is very spicy and not tasty, and if you look at the kitchen, it generally takes disgust) but there is a great cafe with Russian food nearby (fish of something like that) in general, if you are not afraid of the road to the sea and the lack of food, feel free to go.
We had a rest in October. One small disadvantage is the lack of hot water. I liked the hotel, we lived in a separate house. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I recommend.
