A difficult situation happened: I am a nonresident, I have a residence permit in the DPR, I work in Makeyevka, a wisdom tooth erupted, the pain was unbearable, I went to the Mine Hospital, the maxillofacial department, they admitted me, examined me, X-rayed me, scheduled an operation for tomorrow, they were as polite and tactful as possible. One problem: they needed a referral from any hospital, they said: "Stop by Sedova Street, you'll get it there." And then it started: I was in terrible pain getting there by minibus, and there the boor at the reception wasn't even going to talk to me, like I'm from another city, go there! They couldn't just write out a piece of paper with a seal, they started being rude, sending them to the surgeon, like, talk to him. I went to negotiate, explain the reason, the same freak is sitting there, sending him back to the registry, pushing work on each other. I had to drive home 50 km away just to get a piece of paper with 2 lines and a seal written on it. SERIOUSLY! It is better not to go there if possible.
