The kitchen is great , but the service is terrible , so much so that I will not go there anymore, the girl does not accept more than one order , and until she serves it , she does not approach other tables , a company of 15 people was sitting next to us , we came earlier , but the girl went to take an order from them , and we waited 30 minutes until to us they will fit , but when our order was still issued , we did not bring it in full , we paid attention to it when paying the bill , to which the girl told us what the problem was , I will redo the bill now and that 's it , and left , we were shocked by such rudeness , thank you for your hospitality . Oh yes, I completely forgot to say, there is a lot on the menu, but according to the staff, if there are few guests in the hall, then we do not cook a lot

The work schedule needs to be clarified every day, because as soon as the food ends, they close, but they are always open until 14) the dishes are large, even sometimes surprisingly large portions) borscht does not suit us personally, well, we are not in the homeland of borscht. Take national dishes, they do better than European ones. It's delicious at home))

2 points only for prices, although the point of these low prices is if it is impossible to eat. In the photo, Caesar for 250 rubles. Yes, yes, here is such a mountain, also with dill. The only delicious thing in it is crackers. The waitress frankly doesn't give a damn about you, any question should be answered inarticulately, like, well, ordinary, well, standard, well, like everywhere else. Kharcho, it's just terrible how you could cook such a thing. A lot of pork with veins, and the taste is generally bad borscht. On top (I swear) there is a straight sentimental layer of fat. I don't know how you can eat there. It's a pity that it was on the first day of vacation. The mood is spoiled right away.
And the cherry on the cake: when I asked to pack Caesar with me (it is logical that one person cannot eat such a portion). They brought me a plastic plate and a bag!!! That's right, like a dog) and like, sit down and shift it yourself, and in general these are your problems. And that there is no change from 5000r, that's your problem too.

Hello everyone We came to Abkhazia with a girl for the first time. On the second day of rest, passing by, we decided to go for lunch to this "wonderful" institution. From the first question about the availability of tables, the waitress looked at us contemptuously, if you can call her that.. And with a disgusted expression on her face, she sent for one of the tables. While we were sitting choosing food, two families came to two neighboring tables. The waitress came to serve them, although they came much earlier than them, and they had been waiting for 15 minutes at that moment until they at least came to us. To numerous requests to come to us, the waitress replied- NOW! And she left to serve others who came later! When we waited for her 40 minutes later, it turned out that there was almost nothing on the menu (apparently for us)... We just got up and left. In my opinion, this dining room is from the category of a family business, where the family keeps a dining room and a guest house nearby, and serves those who live there... I understand everything! But then you talk about it right away! What is your dining room FOR YOUR OWN! Don't treat your customers like that, it's your earnings. That's all I wanted to say

This is not the first year we have been going to this dining room. Delicious first courses, prices are not high, portions are solid. Salads are also delicious (Caesar, Olivier). I was upset by the "hot frying pan". The only truth is that it's hot, in fact the stew is on a plate. And this year the service is lame. The girl in the hall is rude, not friendly... Of course, you do not need to fall at your feet and kiss your knees...But the feeling arises that we come to her house and eat for free. For this, a minus star.
And in general, a very good place.

Terrible service. The girl did not warn that there were no drinks from the menu except tea and coffee, that there were no desserts and some other dishes from the menu. The food was as if it was not the first freshness, the sausages were the cheapest and not tasty. The coffee arrived at the very end, and then they didn't remind the waitress yet. Although for other tables everything was brought immediately, and for others everything was from the menu. I do not recommend it

The best place in Abkhazia in terms of price/quality ratio. Although it is positioned as a dining room, the dishes are prepared with soul and knowledge. I give cooks, service and location a solid 5. It's really possible to eat together for 500 rubles and leave well-fed and satisfied. Thanks!

We got into this dining room only on the third day of vacation and for the rest of the vacation we went here and nowhere else. Excellent Abkhazian cuisine is half Russian. Huge portions that had to be eaten after the child, because everything did not fit into it). Payment is possible in cash and by transfer. If I had the opportunity, I would put 10 stars, but as it is, I only put five. I recommend this dining room!

Close to the sea, not a large dining room, although there is still a hall, but it is closed!!!apparently, when the influx of the hall is opened . Well, now about your lunch!! We went in and ordered kharcho and a Caucasian hodgepodge, khinkali and a hot frying pan! As a result, the waitress, I don't know who else she is - but she didn't check the order, didn't bring the grub!! I just didn't hear when she was called - she didn't even write it down (( after eating a hodgepodge and a hot frying pan, they wanted to pay and leave the place, but they still brought us khinkali !!! Ie one of us ate the second, and the other the first!! The spoons were served both in the same napkin, the table was not wiped from past visitors ((in general, we will not go and I do not advise!! To taste - dishes on a stretched three ((I think the stomach reaction will be later!! Bottom line: with such a stellar location, the service sucks!!! It's a pity!!!

Do not pay attention to the modest signage and equipment inside. The serving of the dishes is good, it looks very appetizing. The prices are very low, we ate 500 rubles for two, not even everything fit.
