+ simple, no frills, delicious food, good pastries
+ polite, self-respecting, neatly dressed staff
- the size of the buffet, the number of seats, dishes and appliances does not always correspond to the number of vacationers (and this is in October)
- the dining room is noisy (a combination of metal chairs with a floor and musical accompaniment)
- the fan on the roof of the dining room almost around the clock "breaks" the silence in the rooms overlooking the dining room
The food is excellent (if you come early, because all the most delicious things are sorted very quickly (and why am I explaining this)). But even if you don't come at the last moment, then all the main food is always there. In general, there is nothing unusual.
If we are talking about a Literary Fund boarding house, then it is a pity that in such a boarding house, such a dining room.....there is no good manager in the dining room. They're trying hard, you can feel it. The menu is varied, although budget-friendly, but the staff is not organized.there is no clear division of responsibilities.
