- The boarding house owns 3 canteens: the first one near the buildings of Mayak and Amza, the second is called "Sail" between the buildings of Colchis and Golden Fleece, the third between Bzyb and Apsny.
The diet + is the same everywhere, but the food is prepared in different ways, and there is more variety in some canteens, namely:
The first dining room, which is between the Lighthouse and the Amza, is the worst in terms of feeding. There is no variety in the diet and on the third day everything is already boring
The second dining room "Parus" is better than the first one both in terms of cooking and in a small variety of food. We re-signed here just the same from the first dining room. Fruits can be given here: apples, oranges, compotes for lunch, delicious soups, ready-made tea is also normal
I can only say about the third dining room based on reviews from other visitors to the boarding house, but everyone says that it is the best in terms of food compared to the rest. They can give pancakes, compotes in the morning at lunch and in the evening.
- And yes, if you are enrolled in a certain dining room, this does not mean that you should only go to it until the end of your vacation. You can overwrite to another one. To do this, you can simply ask the administrator of your building or the staff in the dining room itself what needs to be done.
Now we have visited this dining room, we barely took out our bellies. At the entrance, they paid only 300 rubles for a buffet, for this money you can't eat anywhere in Abkhazia. Their lunch starts from 13.00 to 15.00 (14.30). From the food, as in any Swedish line, there are salads vinaigrette, grated beetroot, carrots with garlic as I like, cucumbers, next to a large saucepan with sour cream! There are three types of soup: borscht, chicken and the third with beans. Second courses include cutlets, chicken, liver, rice porridge, buckwheat, vermicelli. Homemade bread is very tasty. Compote and mineral water. They didn't get to the fruits, they didn't fit, oranges from a neighboring citrus farm, cut into half slices. In general, we liked it and met a lot of satisfied people.
The food is monotonous, I don't want to go to the dining room for two weeks of rest. Two soups and a broth for lunch, the meatballs don't even look good. Breakfast is two milk porridges, cottage cheese, pancakes. You will like who is unfriendly in food. The only thing that saved in the evening is sometimes given potatoes, it is very tasty and there are a lot of sliced vegetables, you can make a salad. What was especially striking was that food cannot be taken out of the dining room, but this does not concern grandmothers, they row everything they can into bags. In principle, they were not hungry, it will do.
