I asked for sunburn ointment - they gave it to me. Upon arrival home after application, a severe burning sensation began. I decided to read the instructions, in which I read THAT IT SHOULD NOT BE APPLIED TO SUNBURN (written in plain text). I don't know if it was an accident or not the pharmacist's competence, but instead of solving the problem, they helped me make it worse. I understand that the pharmacist is not a doctor, but if, instead of advice, they told me that they did not know how to help me, it would be much better.
P.S. Initially I asked for panthenol or its ANALOGUE, but the antiseptic Depantol was sold.

16.11.2023 decided to go to this pharmacy in need after looking at the work schedule
I was convinced that it was open until 21:00, but as soon as I approached, I saw that a woman (employee) locked it with a key at 17:55 approximately
I started to get indignant, but the woman in her defense said that it was a technical break (she just went to the neighbors nearby store) did not respond to my instructions on the schedule
I believe that the staff treats their work in bad faith because they do not adhere to the schedule and create their own rules, and in fact it is possible to put a person's life in danger!!!
