Initially, they offered a great price and the reviews pleased us! I had to bring a car from the National Bank , the distance is not close for "simple work" to replace the timing. Polite, a photo report of the work done, old spare parts in the trunk are all a plus, but the price has changed by 30% in their direction, a typical situation of 99% of car service stations! And after 2 months, when it got warmer, it turned out that they "leaked" the frion because they removed the radiators from the air conditioning system, and they did not "fill it back" (since they downloaded only 17 grams from the system during refueling and I think it is logical that in winter it is very difficult for the driver to determine the operation of the air conditioner, and before winter it worked perfectly). I am for "Honest business" and I do not recommend these guys to cooperate!

This service station gave the 2nd chance. I came to replace the hood cable, the cost of the work is 120 rubles. It turned out that the spare part did not fit. They charged 95p for the work not done on request. I didn't argue, although I probably should have. In addition, I had to go back to them, because the light did not work after the master.

I heard an extraneous noise in the engine, I tell you the TRUTH, I contacted three services, where everyone could not explain vaguely what the reason was and they only said leave the car and we will look and search, and the price was called inadequate just for inspecting the engine! I was advised to come to PRAVDA, where I turned to the guys, where I immediately heard a clear answer and a specific decision, and the guys did not take money, although there was something to pay for and it was even embarrassing for me! Thank you so much for that!!! In general, I was found and the repair was agreed upon, which pleases and most importantly the price is excellent! I read the reviews and wonder how, apparently, I am not a lucky person)
I came here with the problem of a valve cover leak on the Octavia a5 1.6bse.
We examined the car, sentenced the gasket and a lot of things on the rear suspension (which I suspected), at acceptance I said that the intake gaskets had recently been changed, I was told that they were essentially disposable, but if they were normal, they would be left, if not, then + 100p the cost of all new ones.
As a result, it was decided to repair everything at once from them. They called back a couple of hours later, the price tag was 1400r for everything, I clarified about the intake gaskets, the answer was, they say, "the master who disassembled them said that they were normal, soft, you can leave them," this should be confirmed in the form of a telephone conversation that they record.
At about 19 o'clock they called back, you can pick it up, arrived, took it away, before reaching the house 100 meters the car stopped, an asr error came out, read with a friend a launcher-a poor mixture, wrote about it to the master and brought the car a day later in the morning, the master receptionist came out, read the errors, called his colleague and he said "and, this is a bad (only obscene) engine" started watering the intake manifold with some kind of cleaner, and it would be fine if only from above where it is not so hot, but also under it, a smoke generator to check suction for weaklings is shorter)).
We made sure that there were air intake pumps, they said that their mistake and I left the car essentially under warranty, in the middle of the day they said you can take it away, all new intake gaskets were needed, because according to the master, they tried to assemble the old ones several times but nothing worked, even the lower part was removed to put it normally. Well, new and new, you can't do anything, ding- paid.
It would seem that everything, take it and ride, but no, after this elimination of suction, the engine idled and began to work with tugging, which I told the master, but his answer was that there were definitely no suction.
I took the car because I thought it was just because of the low idle speeds (650), and maybe it should be adapted after the trip to a hundred with suction. The blanks were lifted with a comrade "Vasya", the flap was cleaned and adapted, at the same time the nozzle going to it was cleaned, where the valve of the ekg + the throttle gasket was replaced, the tugging remained (pam-pam)
The next thought is that the car is not young, maybe just something else broke and coincidentally, it was decided to change the standard: coil, candles, wires. During the analysis, it turned out that the guys were not steaming with cleaning and there was sand on the rubber bands on the intake manifold (see photo), probably this is the "quality and attitude" that they write about in the comments))
Next, we remove the upper part of the intake, and there is not one rubber band for fixing the collector, of course it's cool, especially when you can't buy it separately (well, or I Googled badly).
By the way, when they did the rear suspension (and it seems to have been done normally because there were no questions on the collapse), it is logical that the wheels were removed, but the landing planes of the disc and hub were not even wiped with anything, but probably it costs some money already)
In general, the impressions are extremely dubious, of the advantages - the speed of work, everything else - I don't even know how to evaluate.
P.S. The shaking on idle has still not been defeated after a trip to them (

We decided to bring a car from America, took a 2017 Volvo xc90. We watched a hundred for a long time, where they do both body repair and suspension, the choice fell on the HUNDRED "Pravda", fell for the echoes.
Next is the situation.
I'll write it down in parts

We brought the car right from customs in a tow truck, left it near the box and went home. Eugene was our master, he said in a cheerful confident voice that everything would be done quickly and efficiently.
As a result, the car was made for more than a month. Evgeny fed them with "breakfasts". That's it. It's almost there, the car is on the lift. However, no matter how they arrived, our poor car was standing in the same place and as if no one had touched it. They asked us to check everything, make a test drive, because they were going to go from Minsk to Gomel. Eugene is calling - it's done! I looked at everything, everything is fine!
After they took the car, they felt that the car would crack at a speed of about 50 + km / h. Strange sounds, the steering wheel crunches.
The next day we went to another service station - it turned out that it was shaking because the half-axis was curved! There is not enough spare parts on the front wheel that presses the brake disc, instead it is simply lubricated and planted on some kind of incomprehensible mixture. We ordered a new half-axle, work with the order on the half-axle + brake diagnostics took about 4 days (delivery was 3 days) at another service station.
I'm calling the guys and saying the half-axis is crooked! They said OK, the main thing is not to open it, we will take it back. Well okay.
We went to Gomel for a couple of days. We returned to Minsk, we arrive at the service station, and they tell us that you have had 14 days and now we will not accept anything. I'm saying why couldn't you say that? If they said that I would just take it through delivery for 14 days, I don't have the logic to just leave it at home. In short, they proved that I was a fool and just didn't bring the axle myself. Further, it also turned out that Eugene did not do any brake diagnostics, we came up with this ourselves! Also, the guys did not notice a little that the rail, hub, tire duster and front left lever need to be changed, and that it is dangerous to drive a car in its current state. We learned this from an authorized dealer after the diagnosis. What did the guys check, ask? don't know
BODY REPAIR:
It's just a joke, we tried to contact the body builder for about a month to find out the estimated cost of the work + materials. As a result, the person simply did not come to work after July 3rd. Everything is gone. Okay, we've already contacted the director, it seems to have moved forward. But when they arrived at the place, it turned out that the car had not yet been assembled, new body builders began to assemble it, and they tried to finish the locksmith. in the end, everything went wrong. It is not painted in color. Well, somehow we agreed not to pay for painting, purely for assembly (although here I would also argue), but I just wanted to take the car out of there.
CONSUMABLES:
consumables were changed like norms, I brought all the details myself, although it worked out here.
The timing was changed, like they said the norms. There was another admin, not Eugene.
SPARE PARTS - ORDER:
Evgeny confidently talked about all the spare parts, we will order everything, everything is cheaper, everything is in good condition (we ourselves understand that they are not new, but at least in good condition).As a result, the half-axis turned out to be a curve, the headlight said it was necessary to order (I wanted to cut down money again), but other guys fixed it at another service station (advice to everyone, do not immediately believe your masters what needs to be changed, call others). We said we would take the right lever a new one, on the advice of Eugene, but in fact it turned out to be used for the cost of a new one, class. We found out at another service station when they picked it up and showed it to us.
Evgeny said he would order consumables as soon as possible, and here, too, the moment
all consumables were in Minsk, but the filter on the automatic transmission should wait a week or more.
And then I already had thoughts about the competence of master Eugene, I called the officials and asked if they had this very filter, it turned out that there was no filter for this car, i.e. initially, it was not needed.
I ordered the consumables myself as a result. If I knew the situation, I would have ordered everything myself, fortunately we found a person who deals purely with Volvo and took everything through him.
BOTTOM LINE: guys, don't get fooled by the reviews, if something is more or less serious, think twice so as not to get burned like me. I thought that I would do 2 in 1 right away, in the end I got questions about both the suspension and the body, everything was unfinished, and some were not touched at all. I don't know how important problems were overlooked.
They gave away the car unfinished, it is dangerous to drive for life, they feed you breakfast and stretch the repair at times.
They refuse to refund money for poor-quality work and materials.
I usually don't write reviews, even if I've been offended somewhere, but here it's too much!
They wrote to the book of complaints and suggestions. They wrote a statement to the police. In the near future, we are going to protect the rights of consumers and to court. People don't seem to care.
I hope that people who read the reviews will pay attention and think twice before giving their swallow to a HUNDRED "PRAVDA".
