He called, asked the manager to book for himself and said that as soon as he appeared in the database, he would call back, which happened the next day. After chatting a little, I asked to send more detailed photos to Viber in order to be 100% sure that this is what I need. The photos were sent, everything was fine with me and I made an order with delivery to another city. The order was immediately displayed in my personal account with the note "waiting for payment". I clarified in Viber with the manager that payment was made locally upon receipt and waited for delivery with a calm soul. The day before the scheduled date, I went to my personal account to see if the time at which the product should be in my city was indicated and found that my order was canceled due to non-payment. I immediately called the managers and explained the situation, to which they told me that something strange had happened, there was no hood and there was nothing to replace it with, and in general he left for Russia! I note that no one called me, sent me a notification, and didn't tell me anything at all, and the manager who communicated with me on Viber kind of got sick. It is clear that no one explained to me how this could happen, and three days later the same manager wrote to me in a messenger that there was no hood and answered no to the answer why and how) But everything would not be so ironic if a week later I did not start looking through ads in search of other spare parts and did not come across the very hood that allegedly went to Russia with a price tag of 60 rubles more expensive! Actually, draw conclusions before ordering certain spare parts!
