The manager offered to make a service book and I was included in the customer base of the service station, with a service history. I also liked the fact that spare parts managers communicate via Telegram, painted all prices and deadlines, offered options, convenient. Manager Dmitry was always in touch, called the day before, clarified the nuances. The only drawback is the long queue for an appointment for repairs. In general, a good integrated approach to business. I recommend it!
I arrived at the service station, as a result, they installed something for 30 minutes and said something was wrong. They took the money almost as they said for the work, but in fact they did nothing.
Не рекомендую. С первого раза показалось что где то дурят, когда после нормального СТО приехал развал делать и оказалось нужно пыльник шруза менять, ну купил в их магазине, ну ладно. Второй и последний раз когда я там был - регулировал клапана, оставил красную! силиконовую прокладку под крышку, которую тоже купил в их магазине. После крышка начала пропускать, решил поменять, а там чёрная резиновая стоит, я так понимаю что старая, раз потекла. Но какую то старую прокладку отдали, даже теперь не уверен, что от моего авто. Плюс ко всему берут деньги по максимуму всегда, к примеру: если вам говорят, что в зависимости от ситуации ремонт будет стоить от 2000 до 3000, то не сомневайтесь, готовьте 3000.
