I contacted this OFFICE in connection with the demise of vp44 in my car. Alexander is engaged in Vp44 in the OFFICE.
They sent me a refurbished pump, and I had to submit mine as a test. Alexander promised 50 dollars in equivalent for my pump (I previously sent a photo of my pump to Alexander's messenger and pointed out the nuances of my pump's condition).
THEIR pump came simply wrapped in film, without plugs, and of course everything was in order: the employee's hands at the delivery of the parcel, the floor, the table, my hands, and so on Somewhere among this film was the business card of the OFFICE, which I threw out right away: after all, why do I need it, I already know the contacts))) I sent my pump as a test. A day passes, 2, 3 after the OFFICE receives my pump - silence. After a while, I call myself and ask, "How's it going? What's with my money? In return, we will give 50 rubles for such a pump. WELL, 50, okay.
I put THEIR pump in early October of the 24th year. I drive 300 km on it (date 03.11.24) and error 1220 pops up, among other things, there are system bugs. I put the car in the Parking lot and leave for work for a few months (the warranty on THEIR pump is 6 months, I have time). I contact the OFFICE under warranty, I say this and that, I remove the pump and send IT to THEM. SILENCE!!! I receive a notification that I have a package. I understand that this is a pump. I sent it in a film, a box, wrapped it all up and hid it. I pick up the injection pump (again just in the film)), I call, I ask - what happened? they said that the garbage got in, and they also asked to show a warranty card)))) But I don't have a coupon, you didn't give me a receipt or a warranty card. IT TURNS OUT! the warranty card is their business card, there is the date of sale of the pump))) Hilarious!!! Are you serious??? Alexander tells me: How can I determine that my pump has been returned to me under warranty??? I'll help YOU, SASHA: there's a long number on the pump, write it down in your notebook and keep track of your repairs or put a stamp on it.
I put the pump on, the machine does not start in any way. With some manipulations, I understand that air is being sucked from somewhere: and the air is being sucked from under the plug on the engine side!! I applied a pressure of 0.2 bar to the system and streams flowed from the injection pump. I had to remove the intake and tighten the plug with a wrench, the car came to life. Only the cons...!!!the pump was repaired three times, the first time I brought the removed one (replacement of the fur part), then I put it on joy and the car won't start, I call skinny.. to Bobr, 150 km from Minsk.. I dragged him and left him.a week later, I pick up the car and go home, the car won't start in the morning ((( I call, they say drag it again.So I took it away with failures during acceleration of the car, recently it stalled again and that's all, that's what the brain autopsy showed WITHOUT COMMENT!!!
