Buying a catridge took three trips, and three replacements
From the first purchase, Katridge was defective, leaking
Coming a second time, to replace it, they approved it for me, and agreed with the low-quality product
But on the replacement catridge, there was the same problem
Having come for the third time, the bosses and managers refused to give the money
What, the seller , replaced the catridge for the third time
And only 3 times everything was fine
Many thanks to the seller, who got into the situation, and tried to help in every way
There are no claims against him
But there are huge questions for the management, the same as for the quality of the goods sold at this point

I highly recommend it! I bought a knight 80 device here. The cartridge that came with the package turned out to be defective. I barely managed to get it taken away for quality control, they say the warranty does not apply to the entire kit, although according to the website, it covers the entire starter kit, and if you bought a cartridge separately, then there is no guarantee for it. The marriage was not found, returned with the words : "I smoked it for 3 days, nothing flowed." I SMOKED!!! And after myself, someone returned this very cartridge to me, wiping it with a disinfecting cloth. This is a personal device through which both infection and disease can be transmitted. Now, in any case, I have to change the cartridge, which is almost half the cost, because someone could not check in another way. Then why all these checks, if we came to where we started - I'm already buying a cartridge anyway, I didn't have to waste time checking. P.S. yesterday I took the device away, it lay in a box for a day, today I took it out to look at the drops on the inner wall. But I will not be able to find out if it flows as much as before - you have deprived me of the opportunity to check this cartridge in operation! Buy devices in trusted places where they respect themselves and their customers!

I wish I had read the reviews before. The product is not of high quality. I took the cartridge several times, and every time it spoils on the second day. It's not about using, because I know all the nuances from and to!
