I liked the hotel, the furniture and appliances are new. There is a dryer for things. Air conditioning in both rooms. There are enough cupboards and bedside tables. The hotel is cozy, you feel at home.
We lived on the 3rd floor. View of the city and the pool.
There is a washing machine, dishwasher, 16 cm swimming pool, adults can swim.
Good location - beach, close to many shops, bim, migros, bus stops, parks.
Clean bed linen and towels, not washed, are provided with beach towels.
The balcony windows are clean.
There is a comfortable and large terrace (there is not enough fan turntable), a table, armchairs, sofas on the terrace, there is a chaise longue. It is convenient to eat and relax.
You can launch YouTube with Russian cartoons on the TV.
Convenient window cleaning-air conditioning, when the windows are open, the air conditioner turns off.
We can't say anything about parking, we didn't use it.
The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, including glasses, except for the corkscrew. A rag and a kitchen towel were taking their toll. Washing powder and tablets for pmm can be purchased at nearby shops.
A hotel employee is constantly on site, solves any issues. I also asked questions during the booking process, and they answered promptly.
Nuances:
Cleaning by button. To take out the garbage, you need to put a package at the entrance.
Expensive transfer from the hotel, did not order, went by taxi.
No pills for pmm, salt, rinse aid is not poured (pmm may fail, you could pour salt and give 2 tablets per day)
Shampoos, gels were not replaced.
Keep in mind that The location is incorrectly indicated on Yandex maps. A little further from the road - it is correctly indicated on Google maps and booking.

Great hotel, everything is new. Very polite and pleasant host. Good stylish design of the hotel, everything is done of high quality, the kitchen is thought out to the smallest detail. A quiet place, 10 minutes walk to the sea. There is a bus stop nearby, easy access to the center. There are many shops and cafes nearby.

An amazing hotel! I liked everything: a beautiful clean room, everything is new, polite caring staff. Quietly. Close to the sea - walk 5-7 min. Good bed linen, good towels, there are also beach towels. The owner advised a cafe nearby - we went, we liked everything. I would have come back again!
