Sunday evening, we decided to eat in the city not far from home, the choice fell on this institution.
We came, the first thing that caught my eye was a good restaurant, even by the standards of Russia, the interior, a large number of visitors, so it will be delicious and we will be satisfied! Yeah, whatever, disappointment from the moment you enter the terrace. So let's get started: 1) the hostess is a young girl with a strained smile and fear in her big eyes, she looked anywhere but at new visitors, why she is needed here is a big question. He does not know his duties. 2) we took a place on the second floor and at least one waiter came up, no one noticed at all that an empty table was occupied, and a mini-presentation of 4-5 waiters was arranged from serving meat dishes, they came up to us after 35 minutes.
3) the attitude towards the guests, for some reason, they primarily serve more pretentious guests, i.e. if I put the keys to my SUV and iPhone 14 on the table, would they serve me faster? This is ugly, segregation in relation to the visitors of the institution.
4) unreasonably high prices for the unremarkable tastes of meat dishes, if you try, you can find more delicious meat in restaurants of national cuisine.

Alcohol is very expensive, a 100000 sum pauliner mug (almost 900 rubles), I have not drunk such expensive beer anywhere (both Japan and the UAE) are resting, I am generally silent about the Czech Republic and Germany. In terms of scale, it is rather a chamber place, probably no more than ten tables on the first floor (this is not a smoking area), on the second, in the smoking area, a little less. I'll leave the criticism at that. Although, there was still no mutton… Steaks for five stars, we took the porter house, it did not disappoint us a bit, neither in size, nor in juiciness, nor in taste. What else can you expect from the meat of dry aging! Draft beer in one version is the Shymkent lager. The wine was drunk locally - cab.sav. Bagizagan in his top performance - if I were a Suckling, I would put an honest 90 points.

The Meat burger is very mediocre, starting from serving - standing forlornly on the edge of a huge board (you can put at least some pickled cucumber on a lettuce leaf on it, if you feel sorry for potatoes) and ending with the fact that 80% of the burger is bread.
Well, in general, the emphasis in the institution is more on the atmosphere, not on the menu.
