In general, the place is good, there are many places where you can sit outside and inside, and on the street you can make a barbecue on the grill. The rooms are good, but at night the lights are turned off everywhere and there is little lighting on the street, children have a place to play but at night it is almost everywhere dark and there is no Internet

We visited this place in September 2023.
Spoiled vacation for 40,000 tenge per day.
The service is zero. There is no hot water in the room, cold water barely flows. The bathroom has not been repaired for 20 years. Rusty showers, broken cabins, cracked tiles and other delights. The network does not catch, there is no WiFi, card payment is not provided. Food for a weak three. The only advantage is the picturesque places around, but this is not the merit of the hotel.
