We spent a week in Batumi, booked an apartment in Steps through a tour agency, and at first we liked everything. We chose a large room with a sea view, 21st floor (corner).
But I can immediately say that this hotel does not attract 5 stars, a maximum of 4 is a stretch!
The room was not perfectly clean (upon check-in), and then they forgot to clean up in 7 days! Until you ask, they won't clean the room (they did it with a displeased face in front of me, she couldn't stand it anymore and presented it). During the week, there was a wet cleaning once, water, toilet paper and garbage were brought every day, and that's it!!!!!! I just didn't want to spoil my mood and turned a blind eye to all this, it's good that we spent the whole day on excursions.
In the mornings, the rooms stink of sewage, outside the rooms it's the same ... sometimes the smell changes to dampness in the hallway.
Anyone who writes about good wi-fi Internet is bullshit! I called the reception desk every day and asked them to connect to the Internet, but to no avail.....
And speaking of breakfast, it's the same thing every day.... Nothing new and there wasn 't much that tasted good .There is no daily variety ! The cafe and buffet area is very small! People are crowding , there is no way to approach the buffet, there is no distance . Seating capacity is 10-12 tables at most . Everyone goes to the bar with their food . Waiters do not bring food with gloves, fingers in a dish.
In the "restaurant" I can immediately say it's not cheap , but it's not delicious either. I don't spare money, but when a salad is appreciated and consists of mayonnaise, it's a minus for the restaurant.
And about the hotel grounds : it doesn't exist at all, just an access road consisting of tires and a view of an unfinished hotel. The pool is normal, the deck chairs too, but again the view of the scary buildings.
By the way, not all elevators work and you have to wait 15-20 minutes at peak times.
Another disadvantage is the location of the hotel, far from the center. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to old Batumi without traffic jams.
Beautiful hotel inside, no service ... there are many disadvantages

A great hotel for your money!
Very friendly staff, clean rooms, equipped with everything you need. Delicious breakfasts!
We checked in quite late in the evening, booked a room 30 minutes before arrival, it was quickly prepared for us, the check-in process was very pleasant.
I want to highlight the spa and pool area separately:
- A small but very functional gym, which really has everything you need
- The hammam and sauna are above all praise
- Large swimming pool with a neat area with sun beds
I would like to note that we were out of season, in the last week of September, there were no people at all. However, if you come to the hotel with a heavy load, then you can assume that there will be a number of nuances because of this.
If we are still in Batumi, we will be happy to consider this hotel!

It's a good place, there are Russian speakers at the reception, everyone is polite.
On the ground floor there are breakfasts/lunches/dinners, as well as a bar, a coworking space and a place to just sit)
The only negative is the long elevator
We rented an apartment for 5 days, everything is fine. Literally the coast, cafes, restaurants, shopping malls, casinos are just a minute away)
