A good medium-level compound. It is located on the seashore. I've been living in it for over a year. Pretty good by Egyptian standards. The main thing is to guess the apartment. There are both completely old and worn-out ones, as well as new ones that no one has lived in yet.

There is a supermarket, an alcohol market (rare for Egypt) right on the premises, and a shuttle bus to the beach, where all umbrellas and deck chairs are free

Sometimes it's a long way to the sea. Small apartments for 2 people are rarely found. One toilet for 4 rooms, but two showers.
