The scuffs are already there. There are problems with the service. My wife had a birthday, gave flowers. There were no vases in the hotel. They refused quite severely. For 4 days the bouquet stood in our jar of nuts. Before leaving, conscience woke up, put a vase!.

Stealing from the room!
We stayed at the hotel in October 2022. The day before departure, a package with new things from the room bought in the Dubai Mall disappeared (stolen). The entire management of the hotel tried to convince us that we came home with empty packages. That we probably didn't buy anything at all. Later, after talking with the guide, it turned out that thefts in Dubai are very common. The hotel management did not apologize and said that it was our fault that we do not remember anything, and in general the packages were completely empty. The video from the cameras is not shown (only for the police). When the loss was discovered, the administrators and cleaners became very nervous, later the administrator began to raise her voice instead of apologies.

The hotel positions itself at 5 stars, but a maximum of 4 Breakfasts are monotonous, cleaned every day well. There is something to compare it with, it does not pull on the top five. Convenient location.

The hotel is nice, everything is clean, cleaning every day, there is a Russian-speaking staff, the view is beautiful (take a room with a view of the lagoon, it is more expensive, but worth it). Of the minuses: a meager breakfast (who has been to Turkey - you will be disappointed, but in principle everything is basic), a spa in no way at all ("meter by meter", a mini sauna, two sun beds and a Jacuzzi with a view of the wall, separate spas (male and female), massage is expensive (from 7 tr./ hour). If you want to wash things, it's also expensive. Food and buffet for extra.payment - everything is expensive. To the metro 5 minutes on foot, to the sea maybe 7. Convenient location.

The hotel has parking, if you are by car, we took it at the airport.
Good breakfasts and dinners. There is a swimming pool.
The rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is polite.
Nearby there is a subway, shops, pharmacy.
JBR Beach is a 10 -15 minute walk away. Beach towels are available at the hotel.
