We rested with a friend for a week. The food is delicious and varied. Grill nightly, three soups for lunch, fish every day, meat at least two or three dishes. There is not a large selection of fruits. Drinks : a good selection of cocktails, canned beer (in the restaurant), tequila, rum, wine-choose!!)). I liked the territory, small, but cozy and well-maintained. Discos every day. Volleyball on the beach all the time. There is a ping pong table. Pools, food, staff, cleaning - there are no complaints. The sea from Panton was unusual and required getting used to. But then this nuance turned into a virtue. Let's go with my wife after reading the reviews. Of the negative, only the "number of rooms" is not critical. Videos that update the painting. But the furniture is so-so. And that's it. Cleaned daily, all towels and linen are clean.
The food is simply beyond praise. There is everything for every taste. There was a change of dishes every day, and there was always a grill in the evening. There are a lot of drinks. Not diluted. In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there was always a snack in the on-site restaurants. There are enough pools. Two are heated. There is a descent to the sea from the pier, you can swim.
The staff is polite, not intrusive, and there are a lot of animators. There are discos for children every day.
The territories of both hotels are united. By the way, I was able to eat in both. There are many umbrellas, wind barriers and sun beds on the beach.
There is a lot of greenery, and lawns and plantings and hedges.
The shuttle was constantly cruising.
We were given a dry bag for an early flight.

We can say that I visited this hotel twice. The first time we were in the Garden and the second time in the Beach. I liked everything both times. The entrance to the sea from the beach is very shallow and long, so we swam from the pier or went to the nearby Labranda hotel. We went on vacation with a family of 1 slave for 4 years, and a daughter of 20 years, I am 45, from the very beginning we delayed the flight for 5 hours (this often happens, but still with children who understand it very hard when they were also on the road for a day) well, that's okay, then we flew there, everyone met us well, we got to the hotel in 30 minutes, when we arrived there (it was the night of 23:00) everything was beautiful (of course, what we lost can be said to be a day that no one cares about and money and some kind of bun was not returned to us for it and was not given), when we went tired to the room, we honestly didn't care where to sleep, but the room is very old, I think repairs haven't been done there for a long time, the refrigerator is empty and only costs 4 bottles of water and tea bags, and of course 2 (although there are 3 of us) plastic cups, everything is fine in the bathroom (maybe everywhere, but we didn't expect that there will be no toothpaste), then this room (if I'm not mistaken, 6023) brought us "jokes" (room on the 1st floor) from under the floor, where the sewer pipe was flowing, water was called for 2 days, 1 day they came, looked at nothing, on the 2nd day they finally cleaned it. To iron something, get ready to wait for the iron from 30 minutes to an hour.
Everything is fine about the hotel area, except for annoying men who constantly pester with some stupid requests and words (they say:She's beautiful. Thank you, of course, but after 3 days it's already got everyone!)
The sea is cool, just carefully with corals, from the beach to the roughness up to your head, it's sooooo long and it hurts if there are no special shoes, there is a bridge where you can safely walk to the depths and swim, the water is crystal clear (thanks to corals!, and do not forget that they cannot be taken out!!!!)

And now the most interesting thing is the food, I'm not going to eat, but there's not much to eat there!!!! If your child is less than 3 years old, prepare for the fact that you will not feed him, because there is nothing. Monotonous food every day!!!! Only sweet things can be eaten. We were glad to have the usual boiled eggs!!!! Mashed potatoes on the water (well, maybe someone likes it, but I don't think many people will like it). The omelet was delicious. As if everything!
The problem was that there were 2 free visits to the restaurant from the hotel (there are 4 restaurants in total, the number of visits depends on how many days you arrived) Chinese, Indian, Italian and some other I do not remember. We chose Indian (super, the food is really delicious, although we ate normally these days) and Italian (leaves the best to do, the worst thing is tiramisu who is an amateur, DO NOT ORDER IT DISGUSTING!)
There is a mini-market near the hotel, who goes for the first time will be more careful (the coolest and most friendly person was in one of the shops, the sign on it is fix praise, Misha works there, other shops where it says Misha does not need to go in, I will describe this Misha -a small man of 40 years old, does not cram anything into you and he there are some places where the ONLY ONE has prices, he has 2 shops 1 where teas, perfumes, trinkets, statuettes and 2 clothing stores there, as well as a jewelry store near his store - here you go to him, he won't fool you, the prices are really lower than all WE CHECKED!), why be careful, because we went into a shop where only papyrus is sold and there was horror, do not go there!!!! (this is the only shop there with papyri) in another, they wanted to give their daughter a tunic for a kiss (just terrible!!!) we ran from there as best we could, as long as you walk through the mini-market, they will say nice words to you, do NOT be FOOLED!!!! (once again, if you want to buy something, then only in the store that I described, I will attach a photo below, I will explain if you understand the location :2 parts of the market near the square road building 1 floor and on the left side near the restarans, you need to square off and stay on the left side, almost at the end to leave and you will see this store immediately after the jewelry store)
Next, I will tell you how we "perfectly" went to Luxor, we had a guide Bashir, who said that the trip to it takes 3 hours (deception!!!!! The trip lasted 5 hours there, 5 hours back and there we drove for another 5 hours!!!, well at least we did not go to the pyramids, to which we went, as he said 5 hours, and then we found out that in fact 8 hours only there!!!!) the trip went well (cost $ 180 for 3 people), it was interesting, the only thing that was included in the bill was food, it was even worse than at the hotel, flies fly in this dining room, just tin! (do not buy souvenirs there, everything is expensive there!!!!!!!!), my daughter also went on a yacht to swim with a mask and watch fish (it's better to go there with a slave!!!! ), my daughter said: it would be better if we all went there together, it was very cool! (cost only $60) They also fed her delicious food there, they were on a desert island, she saw everything perfectly well!

We stayed at this hotel from March 14 to March 23, 2021, and now I want to share the pros and cons of my vacation.
The hotel itself: the area is clean and well maintained. The room is also quite cozy. Free Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby, while the rest of the hotel can be connected for an additional fee. The free one works very hard (I don't consider it a minus, since this is the situation in almost all of Egypt, and we didn't come to sit on the phone), so I advise you to buy a local SIM card upon arrival. We had orange, the price of pleasure was $16 for 10GB. The overall rating of the hotel is 5.
The staff is just top, I have never met such friendly people in any hotel. In the restaurant, both the guys from the distribution and the waiters will talk and joke with you. A very friendly cleaning guy, always interested in how things were going and whether the room needed to be cleaned. Even the guys who walk along the beach and offer massage, diving, safari services did not cause irritation, but lifted the mood.
In general, the staff rating is 5+.
Food: it is important for us that it is delicious, as it is a shame to come to an all-inclusive and not eat anything. So there are no problems with food. Breakfast / lunch / dinner is always varied, you can choose a dish for every taste, there is beef and chicken, a lot of vegetables, fruits, various snacks. There are always several options for soups and very tasty sweets.
When we were preparing for the trip, I came across several comments that there was nothing to feed the children, so I would like to say that this is an outright lie. There is always chicken broth, porridge, etc., even if you and your children are on some kind of diet, you will not stay hungry.

Annimation: there are no problems with this either. There are enough activities in the hotel: exercise, yoga, volleyball, bocce, salsa, aqua aerobics, etc. There are various entertainment programs in the evening. The animation guys are very cool and funny. There is no such impotent persistence and forcibly dragging people out to the activity.

The beach is good, there is sand everywhere. As everywhere in Hurghada, you need to try very hard to get to the depth, so it is ideal for families with children.
One of the hotel's features is that it has its own reef with fish, which can be reached by a pontoon. There is also a descent to the water in the middle of the pontoon, where the depth is already quite good, but you can stand.
On the way to the reef, you can meet different animals, we had two cute fish near the pontoon all the time.
The reef won us over to the very heart , the fish are beautiful and diverse , it's interesting to watch them , which we did almost all the time) On my own behalf, I want to add: people, if you or your children do not know how to swim, then do not climb to the reef! You interfere with climbing / descending, scare away all the inhabitants of the reef and infuriate everyone around, including the fish.
The beach is 5 points.

There were no strong queues , but we came to the beginning for dinner , so it 's just easier to choose a table you like . The service is good, the staff is responsive , polite and helpful , tips improve the attitude towards you, but no one begs for them. For communication, it is better to buy a card at the airport, the hotel Internet is just weak and it is clear that there is not everywhere. Everything is fine with entertainment too , there are daytime activities and a show program in the evening , guests often come with themed performances , so you will not be bored. Of the additional trips, we chose the sea island of Utopia with fishing and a bathyscaphe, it turned out to be a very fun trip, we found the tour ourselves on the Chiba tour website, such services are expensive at the hotel. Also, if you are interested in original Egyptian oils, then I advise you to find eliteargan on Instagram, there is a very large selection and the price is pleasant, plus there is delivery to the hotel, payment upon arrival. In general, our vacation turned out to be very good , we were worried about the heat , but our fears were in vain , I was much more comfortable than in Turkey and high temperatures are easier to bear in Egypt.
