A great hotel with a good location, gated community, Nile view, private garden and swimming pools.
Accommodation in separate houses overlooking the garden seemed more attractive than rooms in the main building overlooking the Nile.
The breakfast is not bad, the staff is very polite and honest (by Egyptian standards)
The rooms are cozy, clean, we had no problems with Wi-Fi.
There are several well-fed, moderately annoying boatmen constantly rubbing along the shore, the cost of their services is overstated, of course, no matter how you bargain. The same can be said about several shops on the territory of the hotel.
Fortunately, a taxi to the city center and the main attractions is kopeechnoe, 20LE
There is a good KFC and a pharmacy with prices within walking distance.

One of the best hotels in Luxor. It's not very new, but the hotel is in perfect order. Cleanliness and perfect service. The buffet. The staff is very nice. There is a mini pool.

A lovely hotel along the Nile River. Excellent, well-maintained territory. Beautiful swimming pool. Swimming in the Nile River is prohibited. Great dinners.
