Great hotel. The feeding is varied (not everything is delicious, but you can find something worthwhile for every taste). The hotel staff works almost flawlessly, and the lobby staff speaks 4 languages. Everyone works smoothly, quickly, cleanliness is at the highest level.
Sea and pools: there are always free sun beds, the beach is clean (Maximus if vacationers threw something away and did not have time to clean it right away). The beach and pool bar works quickly (you can tell where your sunbed is and they will bring you directly to it)
The rooms are very comfortable.
Entertainment is really not at a high level.
I absolutely did not understand the low ratings of this hotel and the negative reviews, none of them matched.

We had a rest this fall in October 2024 at the hotel. I was in Hammamet for the 3rd time, and in Tunisia for the 5th time, but in other hotels. On a real trip, I liked the chic room, the diverse range of dishes in the restaurant, the location of the hotel, the proximity of the azure sea, and the clean beach... The stated procedures at the Spa disappointed us: not a professional approach, lack of an atmosphere of relaxation, beauty of the interior - did not correspond to the frames from the scrollable video on TV.. It's like a public bathhouse... Room service left much to be desired: every day we found ourselves in the middle of the day without towels... - the cleaner reported that there was a problem with clean towels...The attitude of the staff at the reception and in the restaurant was a little "annoying ". Some waiters deliberately ignored the request to set the table or bring utensils, salt (apparently there are problems with salt and salt shakers in Tunisia))), brought an already open bottle of wine (several times we asked to replace the "burda" that they brought and open a new bottle with us..(The last nuisance was the situation when I forgot a warm quilted jacket in the rented room at the check-out-I remembered after 4 hours (we had not left the hotel yet, departure was planned in the evening), I turned to the reception. There was no limit to my surprise - the jacket was not found!! My inquiries led to nothing. They didn't bring any apologies! Such indifference was very unpleasant! The opinion of the best 5-star hotel in Hammamet has been completely spoiled! I do not recommend coming here!

I really liked the hotel and the friendly staff. The food is better than some Turkish fives. The only thing "lame" is the cleaning of the rooms, they may forget to put towels. And so everything is great, the staff, the animation, the waiters try very hard even at the end of the season. I will definitely come back!

A great hotel.

A chic hotel, good cuisine in the restaurant. I liked everything. Two swimming pools, clean beach, white sand, clear emerald water. There are fresh flowers in vases everywhere. The design of the territory is very beautiful. Exquisitely and tastefully, every lamp in the landscape of the hotel is thought out. Lots of greenery, flowers.

A good 4-star hotel, in all areas something was missing and yes, after the bribe they smiled and tried to please. The cuisine is numerous in dishes, but rather monotonous, a lot of sauce dishes and wooden steaks (beef, liver, fish), a lot of freshly squeezed juices and pancakes pleased. Lobbio bar especially the day shift is pleasant, unobtrusive, timely. The cleaning is so-so, but for money hearts and swans every day. The TV channels were set up only a week later, the beach is not ready to receive vacationers, beautiful pools, but after outdoor activities the skin had to be heavily softened, the interior is too small for such a large hotel, I visited only during breakfast, then it was crowded and very stuffy. For allergy sufferers, in April and May, a lot of olives are not suitable, both on the territory and around the hotel there are whole gardens...

We just got back from the hotel. We were very satisfied with the hotel and the attitude towards Russians. The service is top-notch, everyone is very friendly. Excellent spa, Issa is well done, he will tell you everything about the procedures, thanks to him separately. The food is normal. As we wrote earlier, there is only nowhere to go out in the evening for a walk, but everything is fine!

A very cool hotel! The whole staff is caring and friendly! Thalasso spa is simply wonderful, with its sea pool facing the street under the open sky, with the evening scent of flowers, with water massage, and I'm not talking about algae wraps, amazing massage and professional caring hands🤗🥰 Issa, who understands and speaks Russian perfectly, will tell you about all the charms and possibilities of Thalasso spa. The prices are quite reasonable. In 2 weeks, my husband and I let go of fatigue, were filled with care, attention, kindness, sea, sun and joy. It's a great place. Cool pools, sea and beach. Living in bungallo is also cool, with a king size bed. The food seems to have a choice, but not to say that wow, delight. It's nice that I always offer wine for lunch and dinner, local, but I must admit, delicious!
The rest was great, although there is nothing to do in the Hamamet itself. Or relax in a hotel, or go on excursions.

This is the best hotel in Tunisia that we were lucky enough to visit! Beautiful room and balcony! We lived in a room, there is also a bungalow. They are cleaned cleanly, after each cleaning there were flower arrangements on the bed))) amazing food! And a snack bar. A clean beach of fine white sand. There are a lot of sun beds. Towels and bathrobes are provided at least 10 times a day. The pools are large and clean. Well-maintained territory. I liked the spa at the hotel too! We took massages and treatments several times. We are very satisfied! We'd like to come back again!

We stayed at the hotel as a couple in early September. I will try to write an objective review from both the tourist and the tourism manager.
1. I was very pleased with the room in the main building, very spacious, everything worked, except for the torn curtain.
The rooms of the bungalows are scattered throughout the territory, mostly overlooking the pool
2. The beach is gorgeous, there are few people, there are always sun beds, you do not need to take them at 6 am.
3. The sea is great, there were no jellyfish
4. Animation . Very unobtrusive, do not strain
5. The food is delicious, without frills. The beer is good, wine is served in bottles for lunch and dinner
6. Thalassa is a good level center. We took different massages , we were satisfied
7. We went to the Bella Marina restaurant on the recommendation of the Biblioglobus guide, everything is very decent, probably the best place in the Hamammet where you can have a delicious and pleasant evening
The overall impression is positive, quiet and calm ( until Friday! On Friday and Saturday, locals come to relax at the hotel)

A paid bar , open to non-residents of the hotel, is a 5-star hotel, not a courtyard!! How can this be allowed to happen during a pandemic?? It seems that no one cares about the peace and comfort of the hotel!!! The acidic annoying music from this paid bar is booming incessantly!!! There is no relaxing holiday on the beach!! And you call this a hotel for a relaxing family holiday? What is in this hotel from 5 stars??? Even the most basic: THERE ARE NO COCKTAIL PIPES IN THE FREE BAR!!! Cocktails are offered to drink directly from glasses of very dubious purity!! Gentlemen!! For 5-star purposes, during a pandemic, guests are given masks at the entrance to the restaurant and they only come to the buffet in masks - this is the hygienic norm in our time!!! It's not here!!! The food is very modest, I don't even want to write about it anymore. Those who came to this very paid bar are wandering around the hotel, splashing in the pool - the courtyard!! I am currently at the hotel on July 17th, I was specially paid for rooms with sea views, I travel constantly, but in order to die every evening from unbearable music, discos take place at the entrance to the Hotel!!!! Is it really impossible to make a disco on the shore! My child is 3 years old and I have been lying for two hours and holding my hand on her ear so that she would get some sleep and not be afraid of noise. It 's outrageous that you don 't match 5 stars , I won 't recommend it to your friends . I'll leave a review in the booking tomorrow

We had a vacation with our son at the end of October 2018. Everything is very good for this country. Clean, cozy. We were unlucky with the weather: it was cool and windy, as well as debris and algae, as a result of heavy rains and floods three weeks earlier. It is difficult to blame the hotel, but we could not notice the work of lifeguards and their presence on the beach. Of course, we can say about the end of the season, but at the same time, rescuers were actively working at the nearby Orange Hotel. There are no complaints about room cleaning, waiters, reception, the guys tried their best. Many vacationers noted a small selection of meat and fish dishes. A wonderful hotel. We had a rest in September 2018., the sea was very warm. The attitude of the staff is wonderful, everyone is friendly and helpful. Russian Russians. Someone writes about the attitude towards Russians, maybe the Russians themselves behaved like that? A hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday. There is little entertainment here. But that's exactly what I was looking for. Live music in the evenings! The only disadvantage of the hotel is the River!!! There is no rain yet, the riverbed is dry, but if it rains, or as with us, on the day of departure, there is a flood. The river was demolishing everything in its path!!! I will definitely return to this hotel!
