Great hotel. The feeding is varied (not everything is delicious, but you can find something worthwhile for every taste). The hotel staff works almost flawlessly, and the lobby staff speaks 4 languages. Everyone works smoothly, quickly, cleanliness is at the highest level.
Sea and pools: there are always free sun beds, the beach is clean (Maximus if vacationers threw something away and did not have time to clean it right away). The beach and pool bar works quickly (you can tell where your sunbed is and they will bring you directly to it)
The rooms are very comfortable.
Entertainment is really not at a high level.
I absolutely did not understand the low ratings of this hotel and the negative reviews, none of them matched.
We had a rest this fall in October 2024 at the hotel. I was in Hammamet for the 3rd time, and in Tunisia for the 5th time, but in other hotels. On a real trip, I liked the chic room, the diverse range of dishes in the restaurant, the location of the hotel, the proximity of the azure sea, and the clean beach... The stated procedures at the Spa disappointed us: not a professional approach, lack of an atmosphere of relaxation, beauty of the interior - did not correspond to the frames from the scrollable video on TV.. It's like a public bathhouse... Room service left much to be desired: every day we found ourselves in the middle of the day without towels... - the cleaner reported that there was a problem with clean towels...The attitude of the staff at the reception and in the restaurant was a little "annoying ". Some waiters deliberately ignored the request to set the table or bring utensils, salt (apparently there are problems with salt and salt shakers in Tunisia))), brought an already open bottle of wine (several times we asked to replace the "burda" that they brought and open a new bottle with us..(The last nuisance was the situation when I forgot a warm quilted jacket in the rented room at the check-out-I remembered after 4 hours (we had not left the hotel yet, departure was planned in the evening), I turned to the reception. There was no limit to my surprise - the jacket was not found!! My inquiries led to nothing. They didn't bring any apologies! Such indifference was very unpleasant! The opinion of the best 5-star hotel in Hammamet has been completely spoiled! I do not recommend coming here!
I really liked the hotel and the friendly staff. The food is better than some Turkish fives. The only thing "lame" is the cleaning of the rooms, they may forget to put towels. And so everything is great, the staff, the animation, the waiters try very hard even at the end of the season. I will definitely come back!
