I usually try to write a review after a short period of time to evaluate the place, but in this case, an exception is because my family and I lived here for three days, then left for the weekend, then returned again and stayed for four days. We traveled as a family, with small children. There are only two good points in this hotel, the first is its location, the second is the breakfast service. Now, in order, it was very dirty in the rooms both times, if you take a napkin and swipe literally 10 centimeters across the floor, then it will be black, and anywhere in the room. The cleaning service deserves special attention, this is the humiliation of the guests, for 7 days of arrival, cleaning was done only twice and this despite the fact that each time I hung a sign asking to clean the room and asked the administrators to send people to clean every day, but for some reason they ignored it. The quality of cleaning is also terrible, they just make your bed and change the towels, there is no wet cleaning, there is probably no vacuum cleaner either, since all the dirt and dust remained every time. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It has a good design, but the service is at zero. By the way, in the heat of 30 degrees, the air conditioner did not work in the room and, with repeated requests to the administrators for repairs, no one repaired it.
