The most magical and wonderful place. Amazing, sincere, hospitable and open people, Lena,Aznaur,Katya, Eduard, thank you for a wonderful vacation. Wonderful beach, unreal sunsets and sunrises, wonderful hotel, everything is clean, everything is there. Wonderful and friendly vacationers, you can arrange evening bonfires on the beach. A clean pool, the child was delighted, asked to stay here to live!

Good afternoon! A great place to relax! Many thanks to Elena, Aznaur, Ekaterina and Eduard for the hospitality, comfort and positive atmosphere. Convenient location, beautiful grounds, clean rooms. The pool filled from the mountain river is magnificent. The sea is two steps away, warm, clean and transparent. We had a great rest with the whole family!

A vacation in such a wonderful place stays in your heart for a long time!!! Besides the fact that it is very beautiful there, it is also homely and family-friendly!!! We had a rest at the guest house "Stefania" in August 2023. Only positive emotions remained from the rest!!! A cozy green area where every vacationer will find a place to relax. We rested in the Suite on the second floor, the room is clean and spacious, everything in the room is modern and made with love! Parking is available in the courtyard of the house. And the most important thing is the sea with a good beach and a 2-minute walk through the green area and past the pool with the purest mountain water!
Many thanks to the owners of this guest house Elena and Aznaur, who create an atmosphere of relaxation. And what a gorgeous party they "threw" for vacationers, with national dances and a chic table, at the end of which they launched fireworks right on the coast. There is also a Marmalade shop and cafe on site.
I want to return to this place!

We had a vacation in July 2024 with the whole family.We were very satisfied. Since we have been traveling to Abkhazia for several years, there is something to compare it with.clean and beautiful rooms with air conditioning.a cozy courtyard, a large, clean pool with lighting.a beautiful, soft zone.there is a barbecue area where you can roast a barbecue.the sea is just outside the gate.friendly, adequate and most friendly hosts!

My favorite hotel in Abkhazia, in Sukhum. In a quiet location, close to the city center, the market and many attractions. Different rooms to choose from. A pool with clean water. Bathhouse! The most beautiful territory . Friendly hosts . Many times, I choose Stefania. There is a shop, a dining room, and a barbecue area on site. Sofas , swings and all sorts of nice things .a huge number of flowers and even kiwis. He has a good rest , not only in summer .The house has a fireplace. New Year's Eve, in Stefania, was also very cool.

We rested with a large company (3 married couples) in late August and early September. An ideal place to relax, the first line of the sea, clean cozy rooms, a swimming pool with the purest water on the territory, a spacious recreation area equipped with sofas, tables, swings. Our whole company loved the perfect breakfast with a view of the sea. There is a cafe-dining room, they cook very tasty. Also on the territory there is a spacious kitchen for cooking, everything is very clean and cozy. The most important and pleasant advantage of this guest house is its owners, from the first day of rest you understand that you are welcome, always ready to help. Stephanie, we fell in love with you. The best place in Abkhazia!!!
We lived for 10 days in August 2023.
The room is clean and cozy. The lounge area by the pool is super! The sea "fresh milk", 30 meters from the pool. The children are delighted! The hosts are hospitable.
All necessary infrastructure on site, shop, dining room, Parking for cars, kitchen, swimming pool, SEA, each room has its own recreation area and much more.
I recommend it to everyone!!!

An amazing place: behind the gate is the sea, well-groomed territory and recreation areas, a clean pool, a great room with a sea view. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and customer-oriented people. There is a public transport stop next to the hotel - you can easily get to the center.

We had a rest in July 2024. This is not the first time in Abkhazia, but what Stefania Guest House offers is probably the best offer that is on this coast. Lots of rooms, cleanliness, convenience. There is a cool clean swimming pool with flowing water on the territory. The sea is 15 meters away, you just need to open the gate. There are practically no people on the beach, everything is at a very decent level. There is a shop and a cafe-dining room with very tasty dishes on site! Elena and Aznaur are very nice people. A gorgeous place! And the sea is actually a few steps away - the real first line, no railway tracks or highways. A wide beach. The view from the room is simply amazing. A very comfortable lounge area by the pool deserves special attention, where every evening with new friends we held master classes on tasting local drinks and treats) And we parted with the owners as real friends. We rested there for 2 years in a row. The place is gorgeous. The hosts are very friendly. We booked it again this year. I advise everyone. We rested there for the third time. It feels like they don't rest in winter, but they think everything over so that we vacationers don't want to leave at all!!! Abkhazia is about people! Abkhazia is nature! And, of course, the sea is blue, transparent, warm! This year we especially felt it, as we rested for the first time in the guest house "Stefania", which stands right by the sea. A gorgeous place! A beautiful lounge area, a freshwater pool, a sauna, a swing, a cozy area and an empty beach. Stylish and very clean rooms with all amenities. There is a cafe-dining room with delicious homemade food. A shop, a public transport stop - everything is within walking distance. We were at the Stefania Guest house from July 4-12 with our whole family. My husband, my two children and I rented a standard room with one large bed and 2 beds (one roll-out) for children, my parents had a standard room with one double bed. There was one bathroom for 2-3 rooms. Everything is clean, the territory inside is very beautifully and conveniently decorated. Each room has its own small recreation area, no one bothers anyone, the sea is right behind the fence, the beach is also clean (the vacationers themselves are good fellows), I also wanted to mention the comfortable mattresses on the bed, as a person who periodically sweats on his back, I appreciated it! It was very comfortable, calm, and family-like. Many thanks to Elena and Aznaur for creating such a welcoming atmosphere, it is clear that everything is done with a soul! Many thanks to Aznaur for his caring attitude when a poisonous fish pierced her husband's finger (this fisherman husband did not study the local fauna). Aznaur quickly came to an agreement with an experienced neighbor who knows what to do in this situation! We will come again!

There was grief in our family and for the same reasons we will not be able to come to rest, relax, etc. and asked them to return the advance payment three months before the planned vacation, we explained the reason to them, but unfortunately they refused us, so money is more important to them than human attitude.
When requesting an alternative that other guests would come instead of us, we were refused. Although there is no difference who exactly will stay for the rooms we paid, us or our friends. Do you have a certain selection? And the customer can't change the names of the guests when he can't come himself?
