A deposit was taken upon arrival, and it was returned without any problems upon departure.
At the entrance, the concierge put all our suitcases on a trolley and delivered them to the room, they also asked for a return and an employee came up to the room and loaded all our things, took us to a taxi.
In principle, the hotel is normal, cleaning, food, staff, the location is not very good and the restaurant smells of chlorine, since there is a swimming pool nearby.
