Abruptly, without warning or notification, the cashback conditions are changed in an accessible way (SMS). No one is regularly on the websites of banks unnecessarily, but in Internet banking, yes, but there was also silence, of course. Previously, they advertised a cashback of 3%, people eagerly accepted such an offer, and then quietly, so that no one would know in advance, they reduced it to 1.5%, and at the end of December 2024, 0.5% was made in the most popular categories (groceries, gas stations and household appliances). Every month, in the early days, SMS messages are sent about the accrued cashback, and in this SMS, a decent bank could indicate that changes had occurred and users in January and early February could pay with cards from another bank, where the percentage in these categories was higher because the Statusbank was so impoverished or greedy. Ideally, it should have been reported in December, since the changes started on December 20th. As a result, people did not receive their money in February and even in January. The bank has profited from us once again (maybe for the last time, because there are alternative options with better conditions in all respects) and has lost trust, which is more expensive than money. The conclusion is that their cards go on vacation, and the bank will be left without income from our payments and money. Share it with your friends who also have a Status Card.

A wasted card that cannot be used. Rudeness and arrogance. Avoid this branch if you don't want to waste money and time.
Currency exchange in the Expobel shopping center does not appear on the cards, so I am writing here. 03/15/2024 I came to this exchange office to exchange currency. The monitor with the courses did not work, but there was a barely noticeable piece of paper in the left corner and everyone who wanted to know the course came to the window where the person was served. I consider this to be the absence of such a thing as "banking secrecy". Before me, my grandfather bought currency in the window, who was very polite, but did not hear well. A boorish employee at first yelled loudly at him, then when he asked again the course, she said that she had already told him, after the operation, the grandfather asked to change a bill of questionable quality, in response, another scream! When I started to exchange currencies, I did not hear the words of greeting from the employee and she was in a state of "you all owe me here"! I will ask the bank administration to train the staff, because people bring you money, and do not take it from you. People like this cashier have no place in the service sector, rather they need to look for another job!

For foreigners, this is probably the most inexpensive bank in Belarus - 100 rubles for opening the first account, for this money you can get a Mastercard card in Belarusian rubles, then you can also open a free virtual Belcard in the mobile application.
Among the disadvantages, it is impossible to change PIN codes on cards (do not delete SMS with them!), the bank does not have ATMs at all (but there are ATMs of other banks where you can withdraw without commission, and there are cash exchangers of the bank, including at the railway station in Minsk, where you can replenish the card).
Very slow support via the bank's website or a third-party application (telegram), you have to wait 40-50 minutes for basic questions about payment cards, and you send the question as if into the void, you are not asked to wait, etc., they answer reluctantly, interrupt the dialogue unilaterally, they can ignore the question altogether.
I think this is all due to the fact that they are sitting incognito (when asked to give their full name to whom I communicate, ignore.), there is no system for evaluating the quality of service (note to management)

The staff at the exchangers is not friendly, it seems that you still owe them something! If you need to fill in something extra, they don't explain anything! Read it, fill it out yourself and only legibly. You ask for clarification, they sigh as if you do it every day.
