A small but very nice and cozy hotel!!! Location in the city center, near the park and restaurant Samarkand, lots of shops. Spacious, bright rooms (some are even very large), modern design, three floors (there is no elevator, but the reception staff helps to lower and lift suitcases). The breakfast is very varied (omelette with vegetables, hot sandwiches, pasta in navy style, pancakes with meat and without filling, porridge, eggs in various forms, chicken cutlets, cheese, sausage, sliced fruits, pastries, sweets, muesli, juice, milk) and cooked very tasty. At the same time, at any time of the day in the room where breakfast is held, you can find tea leaves and make yourself muesli. There is a microwave!!!
The furniture and bedding are all new.
Yes, there are some small things missing (towel hooks in the bathroom, hangers in the closet are needed more tightly). We have presented our comments and suggestions to the hotel management, they are still developing and I think they will take everything into account! The staff is great!!!

A very good hotel at budget prices with a high level of comfort. It was opened six months ago - everything is fresh: repairs, furniture, plumbing. Snow-white linen, beautiful design of rooms and common space.
Delicious breakfasts with a large assortment.
The location in the city is very convenient - in the center, close to shops, cafes, restaurants, parks.

The hotel is just terrible! There is no elevator) so, consider if you are offered the second and third floors! The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything that happens in the next room or hallway. There's only one hanger in the closet, both metal and crooked. The mattress is very hard, however, as in most hotels. The bathroom shelf is crooked, you can't put anything on it, everything falls down! When checking in, there was no water or toilet paper in the room, I had to ask for everything, and wait an hour, and there was no phone to call the reception either! One of the advantages is wi-fi. Breakfast is a separate topic! A receptionist in a street jacket lays out chopped cheese and sausage). The room is relatively clean, the hotel is new and the rooms are not tired! I planned to live for a week, but it was enough for a day, I had to change the hotel!

Disgusting service and staff!!!
Booked a room by phone. Upon arrival, it was revealed that the bed linen had not been changed after the previous guest. But the bow was made of towels.... The comment was offered either to move out or another room, which is more expensive ...
In another room, the bed linen seems to have been changed, but everything is stained, the air conditioner does not work, it is stuffy... The shower is falling off, there was no toilet paper, towels either, I had to drag everything MYSELF from the dirty room. I arrived late at night, fortunately I had to stop for one night.
Cleanliness on a five-point scale is 1, staff is 2, breakfast is 3.
In general, I DO NOT RECOMMEND it, for this price (4000 rubles) there are better options.

About some hotels, I want to say in advance I talked to other hotels, I look at the rooms a nightmare and even more expensive, and moreover they say we will make a discount, that is, their discount is without breakfast. And this Status Inn Hotel is cheap and even with breakfast, and even more so cleanliness is in their first place, that's what's important. There is hot water, there is a bottle of water on the table, there is air conditioning, TV connected to the Internet shows without pause. I recommend this "Status Inn Hotel" hotel.

Breakfast - I was pleased with semolina porridge, and the rest is so-so.
The room is spacious, but the audibility from the hallway is strong.
The biggest disadvantage is the sewer stench.
